Sleek and effective tracker. Not a big fan of the clasp though as my tracker has fallen off a few times. Luckily I was just at home.

I have an Apple Watch but prefer this Fitbit Alta for tracking my activity. Works wonders and barely noticeable while working out.

I started with the zip and upgraded to the Alta. I like that it reminds me to move every hour. I only have to charge it once a week.

Fitbit has produce some duds in the past, but this generation is by far the easiest to use. The readout is visible in any kind of light and appears to be more accurate than previous versions. Syncs data without a glitch. I would recommend this version to anyone who has tried other brands of fitness data gadgets and is looking for a reliable data recorder.

The Fitbit Alta is a great Fitness & Dleep tracking resource. It has an easily read small LED screen to see time, Steos, Calories, mins of exercise, etc. you do still have to go to the Fitbit App to see Sleep status info & expanded info on your exercise, but it still is a very good product. Has 5 band colors now, but more coming soon. Wear it all time.

The Alta is great looks very stylish and I like everything about it. I left my charger in a hotel and the chaser is very hard to find with it being brand new. Best Buy was not carrying it yet so I had to buy it on the Fitbit website but eventually they will have them probably by the time someone reads this review. I love the Fitbit Alta wouldn't want any other one.

I got the Fitbit Alta for Valentine's Day and I've pretty much been wearing it ever since. the set up was easy and I love how I can keep track of my activities throughout the day. The mobile app gives a great breakdown and I look forward to seeing my sleeping patterns from the night before. I feel a sense of accomplishment when the "fireworks" go off!!

I bought my fitbit to track my steps. I am a bartender and I wanted to know how many miles I walk around the bar. I love that it tells me the time. I can read my text messages on it. The only two things I dont like about it is you cant go back and see your texts on it if you can I haven't figuared it out. And it doesnt tell me my heart rate and I wish it did.

This fitbit has been great! I love being able to track my steps! I also love that if I do not move for a little while the fitbit reminds me to get up and walk by asking if I want to take a stroll! I also love that it notifies me if I get a text message or if a call is coming to my cell phone as long as my phone is within close proximity to where I am.

Very accurate and truly motivates you! Perfect size and easy to use!

This tracker was everything my daughter wanted. A way to track her steps and calories burned throughout the day, plus the time.

Read online reviews before upgrading g from the a Fitbit Flex, and found them acurate. Although my wife had no problems with the clasp, she does find it a bit hard to view outdoors and often has to tap it several times to activate the display. The messages flash by, but she still wears it every day. She doesn't use it to see texts, but the clock is handy.

I really like the Alta, I bought the teal one and hadn't had a FitBit before. I really like it and I enjoy the app. You can use it as much or as little as you want and there is still a benefit. It looks nice and holds a charge well so far. It isn't huge and thus doesn't really bother me to wear it even though I'm not a big watch-wearer. I would recommend!

Very happy with all the features. The band was very difficult to snap on. Had to drill holes bigger and put on some vasoline.

Bought this fitness tracker and tried it over several days - love this fitness tracker because it fits my small wrist, comes in my favorite color, and there is an option to change the band to match outfits or dress it up or down. However, it does not track heart rate, which is important to me, so I reluctantly returned it and bought the clunky Charge HR.

The Fitbit Alta is my first Fitbit, and I am nothing short of impressed with it! The battery life is great, I like that I can sync it to other apps, and I love the style. I wish the quick view was a little bit quicker... When I move my wrist to see the time, it only pops up about 60% of the time, but that could be user error. ;) Overall a great buy!

I love the new Alta, I had the Fitbit HR before and loved it too - but I didn't like that I couldn't change out the band color. This is the only watch I wear so if I want to look professional, changing the band is a big deal for me. The battery on this thing is also great, I charge it once a week. I had to charge my Charge HR 2-3 times per week - understandable, but it got annoying. I think the additional bands are a little pricey, but again it was worth it for me.
