    I started with a jawbone but when that brand ran out of steam, I still needed motivation and recording of exercise. The Fitbit has been an incentive to get those 10,000 steps. Challenges on the app also motivate to beat a family member or a friend for a week or weekend. Only wish the battery lasted longer.

    I bought my wife a Fitbit One and then the Alta comes out a month later. The Alta is more of what she wanted, so I bought it for her. We also bought the scale that connects wirelessly. She loves it! She has been very good at tracking all of her goals daily and the best part is now I join her since now I get the One. Great gadgets that really work!
