This is a great activity tracker. You should take it off before brushing your teeth as it will count those brush strokes as steps

Great for tracking steps, fitness and sleep for a bargain price. App is great. And getting texts on it is great.

I purchased the Alta but returned it as I preferred the Blaze because of the color screen and the notifications were more noticeable. The screen on the Blaze was easier to read.

Out of all the fitbits this one is definitely my favorite! It tells you to get up and walk so it's good for holding you accountable.

I bought this band for my mother for Mother's day. The rest of the family have Blaze bands and Mom did not want something as large and her only complaint about this band is there are no buttons so when she wants to get the screen to light up she has to tap the screen. The screen is pretty responsive but sometimes it takes 2-4 taps before the screen recognizes. She used to have a Nike Fuelband so she was used to a single button on the band. Perfect band for someone who wants all the features but on a cheaper price.

I love my fitbit alta! It was very easy to set up. I like how you can change the bands. although the battery life is only a week.

I like the Fitbit Alta but I do miss the fact that you can't get it completely wet like you could the flex. Overall it is great!
