Needs improvement

I love the updates on the app but one thing that needs improvement is the band. The band rips after 6 months of constant use. I'm saddened that Best Buy discontinued their insurance program with Fitbit Product. Now I'm not sure to continue buying Fitbit product in the future or invest in another brand.
