I gave this as a gift to my wife. She really likes it. The band got very dirty, but you can order replacement bands which is a nice option. Great tracker and a great watch...

This little fitbit is small enough to fit my wife's small wrist. It works great. Has many settings. You can link to smart phone and track a lot of things including not only your steps, but things like your sleep pattern. Wife loves it!

I picked this Alta HR for my wife for Christmas this year and had her try it our to make sure she was happy with it. Last year I had gotten her the original Alta and she was not happy with the band because it was stiff and difficult to clasp. The Alta HR's band is more like a typical watch band with a standard clasp and she says it is more comfortable.

i got this model fitbit for the heart rating ability and step tracking and it's really great at it. Since then a new fitbit watch has come out and i wish i had known because i would have gotten that instead since the price difference is only $50. overall i'm satisfied with this model.

It gives me steps and I like it especially because it records sleep.

The new Fitbit Alta I purchased helps me keep track of my steps, how much activity increases my heart rate, sleep patterns. Had trouble using the cord to recharge because of my computer so bought a new charger that plugs into the wall.

I purchased the band for my sister. It looks very elegant. The step tracking is one of the best in market and very accurate especially on flat surfaces. Display is very good. Even in dark it is readable. Heart rate monitor is accurate. Notifications need to be improved especially email.

Needed a replacement and it was time to move into this version.

The Fitbit Alta was just what I wanted in a fitness tracker. I wanted something simple and not too bulky to track my steps, miles and heart rate. I owned a Charge previously but like the smaller size of the Alta.

This is a great device. The features are good and manageable.
