I also love that it tracks my sleep and how many steps I have taken in a day. It has been an awesome tool in my weight loss. :)

Good, slim line product

That is incorrect. Mine display a few things, his displays a lot. Overall I like it and it gives me all I need during the workout. If I want more I just go to my cell phone.

Heart Rate monitor has allowed my to get a handle on the level of my workouts and adjust accordingly. Detail sleep stage analysis also very helpful

I wear it every day and night. It is wonderful and makes me more active than I have ever been. It challenges me. I recommend it
