Worked just one time

Fitbits advice? Change the batteries. It comes with batteries so why a brand new scale would not work is beyond me. I didn't read before purchasing that it only tells you weight and BMI. I have a much cheaper scale that I got years ago that offers more than that. Don't waste your money on this one.

Frustrating to the core

Still works as a scale, but Fitbit's promo does not detail that you lose body fat %, and lean vs fat like the Aria Air 2 provided (discontinued). The synch with the app is deplorable. I have followed the recommendations to turn bluetooth off and on, and to close the app and reopen it. Fixes it 1 time. The next day I have to repeat. How do people without my technology skills manage? If any of my other electronic devices were that unreliable, I would wonder how they could even put them on the market.
