I gave it one Star, because that the lowest it can go, This version of Fitbit scale is the very worst, you would Think, after years of have okay weighting Scales, that they would learn and get it right. But this scale doesn’t log your your weight in your Fitbit app automatically like Aria 2 , The Bluetooth Technology on this scale is Bad. Do Not Waste Your Money, Just buy anything except Fitbit Aria

The price is expensive thinking it only has one feature...

Will not update FitBit App unless there is Wi-Fi service available.

Without a doubt, this is the worst scale I have ever owned. Three people in my family got fluctuations on weight every single day by as much as a swing of 6# lost or gained. Best Buy has an awful return window of 15 days or you’d have to have some pink in their Geek Squad Department try to fix the issue. When they cannot, they will replace it with another subpar scale. It is going right in the trash!

Scale works fine but will not synic with the Fit Bit app. Fit Bit customer support is useless. Tried everytning they said to do with no luck. Since Google bought Fit Bit there are all sorts of technical issues. Purchased a new Charge 6 and is was very difficult to get it to pair. Fit Bit is just not the company it use to be.

Just an overpriced Bluetooth scale. It will display your BMI but not body fat percentage. There are cheaper scales on Amazon that do more.

Just doesn't work consistently! I bought this scale to use for motivation, to be able to step on it to sync/monitor weight daily to track progress. Who knew every day I'd have to re-sync the scale with my S10 phone, usually requiring me to restart my phone to use for the day. Has not worked for three consecutive days since I bought it. Just not worth the time because my lazy self could just enter my weight daily in the fitbit app. Will return and stay old school.

The Aria was better because it automatically synced without having the app open. It also had the fat% and BMI. I can't get this Aria Ait to sync at all.

This is a downgrade from past models of the fitbit scale. Super basic, and the bluetooth sync is hit or miss if it works. Don't waste your money on this.

I love my Fitbit watch and have used Fitbit watches for several years. I thought this would be a great product to have to partner with my watch. But it is constantly offline. Most times I have to restart my phone to get it to work properly. It shouldn't be so complicated. I contacted the Fitbit forums and this seems to be a consistant problem. Supposedly it was correct but I can tell you, it has not been.

I never was able to link it to my Versa Fitbit. But as a scale it is nice, and the price was okay. Perhaps the software will be more prime time.

This is a terrible scale. The bluetooth connectivity for this scale just does not work. I've had a Nokia/Withings WiFi connected scale and that never failed when syncing my weight. This Aria Air just does not sync at all and I've tried all the troubleshooting methods. This just sucks. Not worth it. Ibwpudl recommend spending a little more to get a scale that connects via WiFi and maybe not a FitBit branded scale. FitBit just seems like they cannot fix any of their syncing issues with all of their devices.

Nowhere near as good as my old aria 2 was! Wish I could have my aria 2 back... It was great! It had wifi and would sync automatically with my pc!!!

I bought this scale when I bought the new pixel watch. I wanted everything to be synced up to Fitbit. Every other day I have to reset this scale to pair it with my phone again. The Bluetooth pairing on this scale is absolutely horrible. I had a cheap smart scale before this that I would recommend any day over Aria.

I had to return this item as I couldn't get it to show the weight or connect with the app.

Just get a cheap scale and add the information on the Fitbit app yourself. The scale literally only adds your weight and you have to buy the more expensive version to add more information automatically.

It works like any other would , could register your weight with your phone. It could be handy if you usually carry your phone really everywhere you go

I didn't use the app, but the scale is perfect. I would recommend it.

Does not measure fat% and keeps dropping connection. It no longer syncs

Had to replace an earlier version of Aria Scale. I'd return this one if I had not thrown out the box. Old version synced to Fitbit automatically via wireless connection, this one requires manual acceptance of the reading. Button on bottom is too sensitive a constantly changing unit of measure. I would not recommend this product.
