Not worth the money, no instructions to setup, just all around junky scale. Don’t waste time or money.

It basically does one thing... weigh you. Everything else is just a guesstimate. I feel the Withings scale is superior to this.

This scale is not working. It is saying thinking and has an error code ERR. Sometimes I go in the bathroom and see the screen on just running the battery down there is nobody is around. I have tried everything to try to fix this.

Very pretty, but doesn't work well or last.

I bought this scale in August of 2015 and set it up promptly. For me, it was not so difficult to set up. It is a very stylish, sleek looking scale. The scale seemed pretty accurate and consistent at measuring weight. However, the body fat measurement is a complete hoax. Not only is it not accurate in the first place, it will give you a different measurement if you step off and step right back on. That has been the case since day 1. About a year ago it started acting finicky. And as of about a month ago it just stopped working. I called Fitbit support and they assured me the scale is not fixable and of course not under warranty. I get that. I'm not looking for a free scale. Just a scale that lasts longer than 3.5-4 years. It's terrible. One more piece of electronic trash cluttering up our earth. So, now I am going to buy a good old regular scale that I can have until I die! Definitely not an Aria.

It does what it is supposed to and it looks nice in shiny black. Comes with 3 Duracell batteries and just works out of the box. Very nice.

I bought this back in November 2021, it worked great, until recently, in December 2023, it started to mess up, now when I step on it, the numbers on it go all over the place, I can't get an accurate weight, I even tried resetting it a few times with no luck. Not worth the buy because it will malfunction after a few years.

    Doesn't Connect

Disclaimer: I own an Aria 2. This review isn't on this product but many people are having the same issues as the Aria Air. I've had an Aria 2 for the last 3 1/2 years. Worked seamlessly. Now all of a sudden, it isn't recognizing me anymore & reads me as guest so my weight isn't getting synced to my app. I've tried resetting it which was also a problem since it wouldn't connect to my iPhone's Fitbit app. I tried multiple times until it finally got connected & was able to set it up. Same problem. Obviously I'm out of all warranties so no support from Fitbit. I went on the online forums & apparently many people are having the same issues with the Aria 2. Now I'm seeing people are having connectivity issues with he Aria Air. The whole point of a smart weight scale to to have your weight automatically synced to your apps. Now I'm left without any connectivity 3 1/2 years later & apparently I'm not alone seeing how many people are having the same issue with the Aria Air.
