Very disappointed in this scale. It took about an hour to get it to pair with to my phone, Google's current Pixel flagship. (You'd think Fitbit, a Google brand, would test their products with Google phones.) Just pairing it was painful. When the "quick" instructions in the box didn't work, I went online -- there are instructions on fitbit.com that tell you to enter "setup mode", which is apparently NOT what you're supposed to do. Wasted quite a bit of time in that rabbit hole since it was close to impossible to get the scale into "setup mode." After finally getting it to pair, it wouldn't sync, even when triggered manually. The instructions say to step on the scale with the Fitbit app open to the main "Today" screen. But that doesn't work, you have to be on the "Weight" screen. That took me a while to figure out on top of it all. I'm not a tech neophyte. Along the way, I factory reset the scale, rebooted my phone, and reset the Fitbit app. I tried it all. After I got it all configured, the next day I went to log my weight, and the scale didn't connect to my phone. All that for nothing! I have another scale from another brand that works flawlessly. Open the app, step on the scale, it logs your weight then syncs to Fitbit. The problem isn't my phone, and that's the simple experience I expect from Fitbit. I'm returning this, it's not worth it. Google and Fitbit ought to be embarrassed that they have this product on the market.

I'm guessing it is accurate. It looks nice. Worked fine for the first few days, but since then it rarely if ever connects to the app. Unlike trackers which just sync up and automatically upload the information with this you have to have the app open for it to work, and like I said it rarely does then. I reset it, resynced and all that jazz. Still doesn't like to upload the data.

I have both of the scales and I strongly suggest forming the cash for the upgraded one. This does the job of tell you your weight but that’s it. It does not save profiles to send to the right accounts you must have the app open for it to send the information too. Which can be annoying. Or if two people have the app open the it will sync to both. While their upgraded model actually saves up to 8 people and gives you the bmi. This does not.

It works fine as a scale only. It does not upload BMI or fat% like other WiFi scales do. It also often looses it's connection to FitBit. I returned it.

My first Fitbit scale was over double the price I paid for this one. The only downside is I haven't located how to have my weight transferred to the Fitbit account without having it open on my phone. That may not be possible with this model, but it was a feature on my previous Fitbit scale.

Disappointed that its not like the previous Aria scale models that automatically synced via Wi-Fi. I rarely carry my phone into the bathroom, and this scale, in order to sync your info requires you to have your phone nearby. Think I'll look into a Withings model unless Fitbit can put out a better quality product

It doesn’t matter what phone you have all you have to do is download the Fitbit app and step on the scale and it sync your weight. Of course you have to have the app open and click on the add weight. It also helps keep track of your calories, what you eat, drink and exercise
