Great but
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works very well, I bought it for two reasons 1. my old regular watch broke, So i needed something with a second hand. 2. To upgrade from my fitbit flex Only downfall, I wish the screen was a little bigger.

So far so good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did a lot of research prior to buying. Seems like this is the best product for what I need. Pretty much the same cost as Amazon.

Not trustworthy for running
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My garmin forerunner was starting to die and I was in the market for a new running watch. After reading some reviews, I thought the Fitbit Blaze would be a good fit. To cut short, the watch did everything it said minus correctly logging runs. After reading reviews, I found this was a wide spread problem. The watch "claims" it links to your phones GPS. However the data is incorrect. I would cross reference my Fitbit runs with my worn down garmin AND MapMyRun. Every run the Blaze would log butchered my pace and mileage. For every Mile I would run on a well known course, the Blaze would take .5 mile off. I would average an 8.2 mile and the Blaze would give me an average pace of 14min!!! I have tried several tricks and tips on how to correct this. With no luck, I ended up returning the watch and upgrading to an iPhone watch series 2.

Absolute Junk
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just returned from Bestbuy in Meriden, CT after returning the Fit bit Blaze Gunmetal Edition, I purchased just 24 hours earlier. First off, this item is RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED at $229.00. The build quality of the Blaze is junk and flimsy. After exhausting an entire day and part of an evening, the Blaze repeatedly failed to sync with the Fit bit mobile App. The watchband is even flimsier. It literally came apart in my hands. I had no intention of using the stock band anyway, as I had purchased another protective, after-market band from Amazon, which I will now never use, wasting $12.00. My overall thought is they should rename the Fit bit line, the S**tbit line. I

Review Fitbit's website on many ongoing issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After exchanging the first watch, now I am ready to return the second for a full refund. The watch is not synching to my PC or Mobile device. Called Fitbit customer service, and after almost 30 minutes, of useless advice ("try turning it off and then back on"), I am still without a working watch. I should have reviewed the actual comments on the Fitbit forums. Seems most customer are very dissatisfied with the product, and Fitbit is not addressing the issues.

Very inaccurate
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased 12/21 returned 12/29. The readings are not very accurate at all. I wear my watches on my dominate hand so that is where i started. I probably walked around 300 steps the fitbit counted over 1000 i figured that i would try my other wrist but i received pretty much the same result. All movements of my hands typing, writing etc counted as steps. I had a doctor appointment and as always they check your pulse/heartrate. This gave me the opportunity to check and see if the Fitbit was accurate. It was not way off but it was not 100% either The watch is very cheap feeling i felt as thou it dropped out of a gumball machine. For $250.00 i expected more.

extra bands necessary
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the band will disintegrate after 4 months of daily wear with minimal activity. considering your spending $230 now fitbit is guaranteed another $40+ band purchase so you use it for a longer. better buy more than a few bands just in case they then stop supporting the device. for bands that cost $1 or $2 to manufacturer. this is a well thought but ethicless business decision
