    I love loved the look of the device but unfortunately I couldn't get text and call notificatios on my gear s4 phone. Took it to best buy because I purchased the warranty and they couldn't get it to work. I was disappointed but had to return it for that reason only. Otherwise it was a very nice device.

    After not taking an update, I returned my first tracker to the store for help. The girl at the store was nice but could not get it to take and was given a new one. The second one took the set up and update but the screen would flicker. The third one I received since has been working just fine after two calls to fitbit and three trip to the store everything is operating properly.
