This Fitbit product is excellent but MY Fitbit Tracker that I purchased from Beat Buy is defective. Purchased in July ''17; used it daily & in Jan '18, it started to burn my wrist during active tracking usage. I took it off noticing it needed to be charged...when I charged it, I noticed there was a new picture on the screen of a red thermostatt and the Blaze was extremely hot to the touch. Afraid it could catch on fire I clipped the tracker to my oscillating fan while charging it and once it was fully charged I unplugged it. The Blaze was never able to successfully charge again and always got really hot. I ended up calling Fitbit's customer service dept and they're now sending me packaging so I can send my Blaze to them for inspection. It's been too long and I cannot exchange it wth Beat Buy which is where I purchased it from. I fully recommend this product even though I ran into this issue. The tracker is reliable and easy to use and Fitbit's customer service dept is easy to work with.

I love the Fitbit Blaze. It is easy to set up, easy to use and looks great on my arm. I purchased the Apple Watch first and did not like it at all. The battery life on the Blaze is fantastic and it is easy to charge when needed. I try not to go anywhere without it.

This watch was a great product for fitness tracking for myself and my wife

The watch has done a great job of keeping track of steps, sleep patterns, messages from my phone and the alarm works well to help me wake up. The band irritated my wrist though. I had to buy a better one and once I did I was able to wear the watch for more than a few hrs at a time.

So far I love this Fitbit Blaze. I've only had it for 3 1/2 weeks and I've lost 6 lbs with using most of the features (I haven't use the FitStar portion yet). I have already recommend it to a friend and they bought one as well and they love it. Great product. ...

Bought this as a gift and safe to say it was never returned! She said it was perfect and kept track of all her calories, heart beat, steps taken, and even kept her sleeping schedule on track. Amazing buy, and definite upgrade over the entry-level FitBit.

I'm actually loving my fitbit blaze. I love how it records my sleeping pattern & all the many thousands of steps I get daily. I only wished that it came with more colorful band options like the Apple watch. I'm satisfied overall with my purchase.

The blaze is more accurate than the other fitbits. It has more accurate sleep because of the HE, the steps are a little more accurate. The only downside is that the battery does not last longer than about 2 days. If you want it to last 5 you have to turn everything off.

I love the Fitbit I like doing the steps challenges with friends. It keeps me motivated
