Worned Alta HR 3 yrs and worked hard to get any credit for steps etc. The charge 4 was crediting excercise way too easy plus itching with woven band. Replacement better but itching continued. Delevoped an allergy. I took it off and allergy better. Waited days and tried age and rash, itching and hives returned. did not matter which band. Bummed.

I am really appreciating my new Fitbit Charge 4. My the display on my Fitbit Charge 3 had become unreliable. Sometimes you couldn't see it at all, sometimes it was so faint I could hardly see it. The only reason I didn't give this new Charge 4 a 5 star was because I can't use the Charge 3 charger with it. Why can't these be more universal?

Works as advertised. Took advantage of Black Friday deal. Multiple forms of exercise (set time or distance goals) can be tracked and if using GPS, mapped in Fitbit app where performance metrics are shown (maybe with Fitbit Premium subscription only?). Ever so slightly larger than my old Charge 3, but not really noticeable and old custom bands fit nicely and change easily on the new one.

I love my new Fitbit. I where it everyday and track steps, heart rate and other things. It helps me to know how active I am on a daily basis. Also the convenience of having the time at my fingertips. I can tell how I feels on the days I have the most steps compared to how I feel when I have the least steps and everything in between. I would be lost without it.

I really LOVE this new fitness tracker! It now has GPS and keeps track of my heart rate!

Bought for my wife for Christmas. She loves it and wears it all the time.

Great battery life. I place it on the charger as i shower each morning and never fall below 85%. I did not want a tracker that shows calls or texts. The app on the phone gives me all of the info around sleep stats, water intake tracking and meeting my active minutes. It is exactly what I was looking for. I replaced the band with a magnetic band to get a perfect fit.

Had the fitbit ultra stopped working this charge 4 is excellent. Does all that I want.

I got this and it is working great for time and steps. I did not realized I would need to download things to use the other features. I hate apps so I have not been using anything but the time, steps, timer and heart rate. Probably not the best product choice if you are older and not into apps.

Enjoy the fitbits. Easy to use. Great for monitoring both exercise and sleep.

IT HELPS ME WITH HEART RATE AND I KNOW ALL MY STEPS FOR THE DAY

Had to buy this as a replacement cuz my old one broke. I had it for like 10 yrs. Needed something to wear to work that wasn’t bulky and comfortable. This is comfy and lightweight. I love the look and it also came with 3 other bands to change out if you want. Does what I need it to do and love competing against friends in step challenges, you don’t need a subscription. App is very easy to use.
