With this Fitbit I am able to track my sleep, my motion/steps/exercise, and my calories. It’s fantastic to help with personal accountability. You can input your own exercise events (and get credit for the calories burned), search thousands of foods & name brands, and understand your heart rate daily. Great purchase!
I was debating between going all out with an Apple Watch or a Fitbit and I’m glad i chose this product. I just want the basics of my steps and heart rate and to track my sleep. This gives me what I need. The difference with the charge 3 is this has Spotify connectivity but honestly it’s garbage and you may as well just listen on your phone. But again if you just want the basics this is free at and connects well with Fitbit app.
This Fitbit Charge 4 is the best activity tracker on the market at any price! The iOS app and web dashboard are incredible and extremely informational. The GPS and accuracy of this device are spot on. Highly recommend! 5 stars!
I received my Charge 4 yesterday and spent almost two hours trying to set it up. I attempted to sync with the app for Windows 10, my chromebook, and my Note 10+. It would say it synced and it even updated, but the device itself would only say fitbit.com/setup. I finally gave up and called in for help. After a 20+ minute hold, I was told that the Charge 4 won't work with Windows 10 yet (!) and it must be disconnected from it to work on anything else. As soon as I shut off my bluetooth on my laptop, it synced up and updated with my Note 10 right away.
After that, it has worked well. The sleep tracker is great. One last thing to be aware of - after a 90 trial, you have to pay $79.99 per year to get all the functionality of this device with Fitbit's "Premium" subscription.
