When my old fitbit quit syncing with my app, I decided to upgrade. I am so glad that I did. The new features on this are outstanding.

I wasn’t looking for a ton of bells and whistles. This gives me exactly what I was looking for. Tracking my exercises and tracking my sleep.

I bought this for my nephew's birthday and he absolutely LOVES it! He's raved about it so much that I'm getting one for myself for Christmas!

I had an Apple watch which became a watch with time that only lasted a day. This has better battery and is better priced.

This is great to keep you going and remembering your Exercise it even remind you to drink enough of water in A-day. This is just easy and fun to use

Mine locked up 2x within the first week of having it. Although they released an upgrade to fix the root cause, it was frustrating but also encouraging that the company is committed to quality. It is NOT intuitive in the use of the features and the usage manual is fairly vague. I will need to devote more time to really figure out how to use. Once I do figure it all out I’m hopeful that it’ll exceed expectations. For the features I’ve figured out though, I do like them.

Love it. It keeps me on track for my health goals. Keeps track of activities and sleep. Alerts about phone calls and messages.

she loves the upgrade, especially the battery life. She only wished we could get it with a leather band. Had to order leather band separately.

This is a good fit bit activity tracker. It is easy to read and easy to use but can be hard to set up.

I love this watch. My apple watch was great but would die every day and a half! This watch tracks everything I need and lasts for a whole week!

Pretty nice monitor. Haven’t tried it with swimming but I’ve had no complaints with my running routine. I really like the sleep tracking function.

Great choice for my S O. Her old one has stopped holding a charge and keeping accurate data. Since I'm her tech support, after three resets and listening to her unhappiness/complaints, I decided to get this for her for Christmas to save both of us the stress the old one was creating. Great choice for me and her. It does everything she wants it to do and it's an upgrade in some areas. She loves it and it's maintenance and tech support free for me. We haven't used the really advanced features or the software upgrade.

This is my second fit bit activity tracker and am very pleased with it. Unfortunately there is no manual that comes with the product. Going on fit bit's website for their manual is not useful, either, as the manual is extremely confusing. Fortunately there are some You Tube videos which do explain how to use this device. I truly do not understand the reason manufacturers do not include clear, understandable manuals with their products.

I’ve owned many versions of the Fitbit Charge including 1, 2, and now 4. I personally upgraded as I began adding swimming to my repertoire and want to track my performance during sessions. While it does track swimming, here are the issues I found while using over the last 5 months. - swimming doesn’t let you track your heart rate, which for me as an exercise swimmer is critical - when wet, it’s virtually impossible for the screen to recognize your touch. It can take up to 10 tries before the watch executes the action - when dry, the touch screen is so poor, I typically end up taking up to 5 minutes just to get to start the workout I want - when turning the watch to automatically view the time, 9 times out of 10 I give up and just press the button on the side It is very light, the app is cool, but expensive, I love the bands, especially the white fitness band I purchased separately. Hope this helps, but I’m seeking alternative options because while its great for running, I need it to track all my sports

Good tool, eventually upgraded though. Simple and easy to set up and use. No need for premium service
