    Good product, some concerns

The fit and feel of this device is good. I have to admit, it fell a bit short of my expectations based on the features listed. It's loaded with sensors and is undoubtedly tracking detail data that is not reported out to the user. For example, pulse oximetry and temperature, which only display as trends over time and only while sleeping. I'm not sure that those don't also tie to the premium subscription (free to start.) It feels a little skeevy that so much more data is collected about me that i don't or may not have access to in the future. All data should be shared with the user. There's a greater depth of information than i get from the Samsung watch 3 and they conflict significantly in frequency and duration of deep sleep. The Charge 4 seems as though it may be more accurate, though i can't be sure. Overall, a solid product with a replaceable band. I gave up on the fitbit surge and went to Samsung years ago because an obscenely expensive device should last more than the year the non- replaceable band lasts. Not sure FitBit has won me back for good, due to the data access concerns, but we'll see.

I have used a Fitbit since 2013. I had the One and loved it but it finally died, RIP. I bought this reluctantly because I did not want a watch. I am so happy with my Charger. It is even more motivating and keeps track of sleep, heartbeat, and everything else that I did not know I want from a watch. If you need motivation and love to track your habits, I recommend this watch.

Good tracking features, a bit awkward to navigate

Good activity tracker - lot of features to track multiple types of exercise and impressive battery life. The commands are awkward, though, and difficult to set up and navigate. It's easier to purchase add ons in the app than to find and select your favorite exercises to track, for example. I also find navigating the watch screen/buttons a bit awkward.

The Fitbit Charge 4 does everything you want in a health tracker including exercise, heart rate, sleep cycle and has optional GPS to track your miles. It also has excellent battery life. I charge my Fitbit every 8 days. It even has smartwatch features like app notifications though it's not as robust as offerings from Apple but that works for me.

This fitbit has worked well for my purposes. Counting steps for a daily target as well as hourly activity help me to keep active with a medical condition. I also like the ability to set it for the analog display. All of the features are easy to scroll through. I wear it 24 hours each day; the battery charge lasts for several days.

Replaced my Charge 3 with this Charge 4. The Charge 4's GPS works well. No need to constantly re-set it. And the Charge 4 does hold its charge well. I usually charge it for 15 minutes a day to keep it at a 95% or greater level. Feel that my stats are more accurate since I've been using this. Being housebound, I wanted to make sure to get as many workouts as I could and this helps me track them.

Like everything about this tracker: battery life is great, sleep monitoring, heart bit, night body temperature, etc. The only reason I hesitate to give it 5 star is that SpO2 log doesn't show any metrics - it now says " To see data, make sure your Fitbit device is up to date...". BUT, it is up to date !

I bought three for my parents and me. I love the way it keeps a record of all my activities like sleep, stress levels, heart beat, steps I take daily, and more. With the app, I can set goals and see trends for each activity. The package comes with a second wrist band that's longer which helps if I want to clean the one I wore and continue to track my activities.

Had to have help to get it linked with my cell (operator error, I'm sure), but now that we're working together, it's amazing! Love the reminder to "get moving" that helps me keep from sitting for too long. I can't believe how much more active I've been just from having the stats to track and the way the FitBit helps me keep on track.

I wanted a fitness tracker for my running and that's exactly what this does. My other option was getting the Apple Watch but with that you still have to purchase an app and the good ones are subscription. The battery lasts for 4 days so I can wear it at night for my sleeping. I had no idea how much it helps having good data on your sleep. Its durable, reliable and accurate.

Took a little while to figure out all the available features, but once I did, it provides a bunch of useful features. Was initially worried that it would feel a lot bigger than my previous fitness tracker. It does not. I like a relatively small, inobtrusive, waterproof tracker and this meets all of that and more.

I am happy with this fitbit. I had the Versa 2 before, which was also a nice watch. The reason I downgraded was I wasn't using all the functions. I mainly wanted it primarily for working out. This watch does have a lot of features. I like the slim design & color. I do wish the face had color options, but it does the job.

Love the aesthetic of the Fitbit and it does exactly what I want it to do. I haven't gone to far into the settings but I'm not sure if the Charge 4 is able see messages from my phone. Not necessarily a deal breaker but it would be convenient to have so I don't have to pull my phone out all the time.

I had a Fitbit blaze before this. This has almost all the features that the my blaze had. It is easy to read and set up.so far the battery will last about seven days. I will say that I do not use all the features that other people would, so battery life would probably be a little less if one was to use all the features.

I like the Charge 4 because it gives me the information I want. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles other brands have, but this is what I want. I had one that had emails, etc. and I had to charge it every day. The Fitbit I can go 5 or 6 days before I have to charge it. I had the Charge 3 and now the Charge 4. It's exactly what I want.
