Overall good but not great. Not sure I’m thrilled with this purchase. Pros - long battery life, relatively comfortable to wear, easy to follow app and statistics, tracks when I go upstairs which is great since I live in a 4 story townhome Cons - will they ever get steps right? Always over counting steps, clunky UI (definitely not Apple). In hindsight I wish I splurged on the Apple Watch 6. Just think I would be more satisfied. And it could replace my watch. All good though

User friendly for tracking everyday activities. I mainly use heart rate monitor, activity by hour and steps per day. Useful for day hikes.

Purchased for husband. He is happy with his updated Fitbit. He has a Charge 2. This 4 has so many more new settings & use. It will take time to learn all the functions but so far good.

This item was recommended by my niece , the next day I purchased it. I wear it every day to track my steps for my wellness program at work, also good for tracking my sleep habits.

I love my charge 4 because I can wear it in the shower or swimming pool. I would buy it again if need be. I do go though wrist bands and ordered another set.

Love it. Needed a new one after my charge 2 died. I got rosewood and the color is very nice. Easy to use and the battery definitely lasts 7 days. I got it on sale as well so well priced. Go for it!

A good upgrade from Charge 3

I upgraded 3 weeks ago from Charge 3 to Charge 4. Pro: - the screen is more interactive (more menu options and some spinner controls) - built-in GPS - night mode so the screen doesn't light up every time I turn over in bed - Fits wrist bands and chargers from Charge 3 - Great sale price during Black Friday period Con: - The ability to set up interval training seems to have gone away. - STILL no clock face that includes the hourly steps like the Charge 2 had. So all in all, since my Charge 3 lasted a good 2 years, this is a worthy replacement. I'm glad I bought it.

Really enjoying this. I was worried about having one watch but I can change bands with the push if a few buttons and have a new look. Tracking my steps is really helping me. It is easy to set up and use.

Fitbit Charge 4 works as advertised, keeps track of steps and heart rate, sleep time works sometimes if it stays in arm contact during the night but overall it’s good for activities

I've been using Fitbit products for many years, so it was a natural move for me to purchase the charge 4. I really appreciate Fitbit Pay at this time, because it minimizes the number of times I have to come into physical contact with various payment mechanisms in stores. So far it has worked flawlessly! My only real criticism is of the battery life. But that will realistically always be a complaint with regard to any variety of technology! Aside from those two points, and the addition of GPS (which I love), this version of the charge is very similar to it's predecessor. I'm happy with my purchase!

I like how you can review your sleep patterns and invit family and friend to challenge steps and the inspiration you can also get. I also like that you can get your messages on the Fitbit.

I bought it mainly for checking my rest times during lifting, not the best as you have to remain in that screen and won't be able to check the main menu. And It doesn't track my activity when I lift. It'll just be randoms times tracking throughout my session. I do like it. Just not exactly the best for what I wanted. There's obviously other features but none that I use. I'm sure the others are well suited for other people.

I had the charge3 before this one and was happy with that one as well, it has a new look on the screen which I really like. It was super easy to set up and charge. Seems to track a little with the GPS.

Very light and sensitive. I hated charging apple watch everyday, so I love this Fitbit! I usually charge it every four or five days while taking a shower after workout. Highly recommend!
