Way better value than an Apple watch. Does exactly what you need (and better) as far as fitness and sleep tracking. Comfortable, not a big watch face on your wrist to interrupt with workout activity and every day life. Might want to put a plastic sticker screen protector on, it will scratch if your working on a car or something. If you're into fitness/sleep tracking and don't necessarily need another phone on your wrist, just buy this.

This Fitbit - Charge 4 is working great for me. It sinks to the Fitbit app on my android. It seems to be accurate. I like this granite band, not sweaty.

The product is excellent but getting there was a bit difficult. When we could not figure it out how to move from out Fitbit - Charge 2 to the new Fitbit - Charge 4 product so we called theFitbit help desk but they were not helpful in dealing with users of limited technical expertise. We finally "stumbled " on a solution after the help desk gave up on us. It would be helpful if help was provided when we bought the product by the Geek Squad as it is when moving from one generation of a cell phone to another .

Does as it says HR monitor works great honestly my only complaint about this product is it's not easy to navigate and honestly it's very limited. Can't control YouTube music only works with Spotify I feel like I would've been happier with the Versa 2 but the product does work battery life is awesome and once it finally synced up with my pixel I got most notifications on it. I like just feel I made a wrong choice. Hopefully Google makes a pixel watch so we get true wearOs use. Figure that's why they bought Fitbit anyways.

Christmas present for my wife and she loves it. She likes that she can track her sleep and her steps. The sleep function is very interesting to see and helps.

I depend on Fitbit to manage my health and the Charge 4 model is a good one for men and the band is more secure. I am using the premium services to monitor all important metrics and if needed, I can share my current EKG with my cardiologist and GP. My cardiologist said, "With that, you know and I know exactly what is going on." PS: It took 4 days to get it set up and syncing properly and I had to use Fitbit online chat to do so. The trouble was syncing Mac, iPhone and Fitbit Charge 4 software that required all devices to have all current software updates.

Very little instruction on how to use the new features. My Fitbit 2 died and I replaced it with a new Fitbit 4. Also had to replace all my bands and chargers which was annoying. I could find nothing on the box or the Best Buy site or the sales person that indicates it even came with any charger. Luckily I opened the box before buying a charger and found one inside. Very hard to get it to display to show and even when it does it vanished with a couple seconds.

Not Bad but liked my Garmin better

I loved my Garmin Viviofit 3 but it eventually stopped working. It survived a motorcycle accident, swimming in the ocean, and being left in a 100+ deg car and always worked with no problem. I did some research and wanted a device with a Heart rate monitor I am also fond of small devices around my wrist as I find watches uncomfortable. This was a bit larger than the Garmin but had a rechargeable battery vs having to replace 2 batteries once to twice a year and everything else seems to match up and have some friends that love their Fitbit and the software. after having it a while I have to recharge it every 4 days and not 7, the heartbeat monitor is off by 10-27 (which I test with hospital Pulse OX) and as I sit at my desk typing or using my mouse it believes I am walking. (The other day while sitting in a meeting presenting for 2 hours I did a 5k) a few other issues I have with it is I have to hit the button on the side several times before I can the screen to light up so I can see the time or my heartbeat elevation or steps. Now it is very comfortable to wear and when actually working out it seems to work better; it seems to know when you are on a stair climber even if you aren't actually moving up. Treadmills' distance is normally accurate. Heartbeat is off but gets better the higher your heartbeat is. As for the app, I feel the Garmin app was easier to navigate but I find Fitbit can get a bit more information when you are in the option you want as well as there are more explanations of the information you are looking at.

Love my new Fitbit. Helps me monitor my activity and exercise. I especially like the size of this fitness tracker. It is not as big as most smart watches.

My old Charge gave up on me in 2016 or 2017. Didn't replace it until I decided to get back into fitness a little bit when I turned 70. This is a nice upgrade and so is the app that is required to use it to its full potential. I especially like the sleep tracking feature, except the "Estimated Oxygen Variation" part doesn't always work no matter what I do. I do wish it had a color screen but that wasn't a deal breaker for me. It's definitely not a smart watch, so if that's what you need or want, look elsewhere.

This Charge 4 has been everything I hoped for. It's got the hr monitor and really well-developed sleep tracking. I'm obsessed and still finding new things to play with.
