I got it more for tracking my sleep. I'm not sure how accurate it is for tracking deep sleep, or if the criteria is different than the android app I used to use, because it says I would average about 2 hours of deep sleep, where on the fitbit, I average 1 hour of deep sleep...but at least its consistent and reliable and I don't need to turn the app tracking on before I go to bed like I used to, one less thing to think about.

Perfect Device For Me

And, all of this is on one screen. Of course, there are many other features readily available that are too numerous to list. I find the device comfortable to wear and I rarely take it off. So, I would add that it is quite durable. This device is a very good value considering all its many features.

The added features and longer battery life on this one are great but the band could be nicer and more flexible and breathable.

I enjoy being able to see how many steps and my heart rate. I dislike that when I first tried to look at the sleep stuff not all information populated also if you buy a product why should you have to pay extra for a program upgrade kind of crazy to me.
