Like the bigger display without seeming overly big. The charging connector has too short of a USB cord and the clamp that connects to the Charge 4 does not allow for it to sit with the face of the Charge 4 upwards. Not crazy with the change of the information below the time. Would like the option to keep it displaying the most useful information that I deem important rather than the sequencing of the information at random intervals. Was pleased to know that the band from my Charge 3 fit on the Charge 4 as I prefer the metal band I purchased separate to the plastic one supplied. Not sure that the "Steps" always reflects actual steps/walking--think strong hand/arm movement will trigger additional steps. Wish the Charge 4 had the ability to recognize the height when walking down steps and count them as part of the "Stairs" but it only seems to recognize steps going UP the stairs. Many of the features are useless to me but I am sure other users may appreciate their availability.

Had to buy this as a replacement cuz my old one broke. I had it for like 10 yrs. Needed something to wear to work that wasn’t bulky and comfortable. This is comfy and lightweight. I love the look and it also came with 3 other bands to change out if you want. Does what I need it to do and love competing against friends in step challenges, you don’t need a subscription. App is very easy to use.

The Fitbit Charge 4 is one of the best fitness trackers you can buy. Fitbit managed to fix all my gripes with the Charge 3 and keep it at the same price point. The built-in GPS is nice, as is Fitbit Pay being standard. The only reason you should consider buying another wearable, at this price point, is if you want more of a smartwatch experience.

I had a Fitbit 3 for a long time and decided to give it to my daughter and upgrade to a 4. I wasn’t overly impressed with the new version. I teach group fitness and was looking forward to using Spotify on my watch versus having to go on stage to control the music (I like to move around the room). Unfortunately I can’t use Spotify and also track my exercise stats at the same time. It’s either one or the other. That was a bit disappointing. Otherwise it works well.
