Love the color, just a little disappointed with the battery life. 5 days versus 7 as indicated in description. Only have one alarm set so it shouldn’t drain that fast and other features are not on, like calls and texting. Like the other features like HR and auto description of workouts.

There seems to be an issue with either the Charge 4 itself or the black gizmo that is used to charge up the device -- twice, now, when I have connected the device to the charger, the device does not charge at all and the green sensing light on bottom of the watch goes out. The last time, a few days ago, my charge was down to 24% so I attached it to the plugged in charger and left it overnight. Next morning, it still showed it was charging but it remained at the 24% level it was night before and there were no sensor lights on watch. If this happens again, I'll be bringing the Charge 4 back to the store. I've had several Fitbits over the years and my last Charge 3 worked beautifully (but the band failed and it fell off somewhere during one day while out shopping and I didn't realize it until later - bummers).

Only bought because my Charge 2 finally quit on me. The additional features are ok but not necessary. Battery time is only longer if you disable the auto wake feature. Solid product from Fitbit but I don’t recommend if you just want the newest tech as not much is different

My husband and I each have the charge 4 and love it. I particularly like that this one comes with the fabric band, which find to be more comfortable. I've successfully swam with this one on. I like the vibrating reminder to get up and get some steps in! We recently discovered you can even check the weather on it. Who knew? LoL!

Over the 5 years I have been a satisfied Fitbit user, I have twice upgraded to newer models, with this "Fitbit Charge 4" been the latest. I'm happy to see the new GPS feature...I'm looking forward to see if it lives up to my expectations. Upgrading and transferring my stats from my previous model(s), have been without any problems.

I love the color purple and this is a beautiful color that goes with everything I wear. I like that you can pick your face with what stats you want to monitor. The step count though does not match the step count on my iphone health app. It is sometimes 1,000 to 2,000 off.

I love the sleep tracking feature and being able to see how much REM and deep sleep I get. I don't actually care as much about it counting my steps bc a) I'm not going anywhere, and b) it doesn't count them if I'm holding something in that hand, and I'm usually holding a coffee.

I bought this to count my calories burned and steps everyday. It’s very affordable and small. Perfect for women. A much cheaper option than getting an android or Apple Watch. The battery life is awesome. I only have to charge my Fitbit once a week. I love the exercise feature it’s convenient when I am working out or riding my mountain bike.

I’ve used this for a year now and it’s been great! The only difficult part is that in strong sun it’s difficult to see the display. Otherwise it’s been great for what I need it for.

My Fitbit has been great so far. It seems to pick up my steps fairly accurately; I haven’t noticed any issues. My favorite feature is probably the hourly reminders to move (at 50 minutes, if you haven’t taken 250 steps that hour it tells you to). I have two complaints. One, the sleep cycle-based alarm (SmartWake) doesn’t seem to be working for me, as it’s woken me up at the end of the window every time I’ve used it; I haven’t used it many times, though, so I’m not sure if it’s actually not working or of I just didn’t go through the right cycles at the right time. Two, there’s no way to manually tell it about a lot of types of exercise, like for example an elliptical machine, gym bicycle, or general gym workout. It can detect an elliptical automatically, but only after ten minutes, and my warmup isn’t that long. There doesn’t seem to be a way to tell it “I’m exercising” without it being one of the specific exercises it presents. Also sometimes my wrist feels weird/hurts a bit after wearing it for a short time, but it’s minor.

Occasionally doesn't respond, but hooking it into the power charger seems to break the locks. Wish it came with more directions, but going online for manual helps. Like all my other "basic" FITBITs, pretty reliable...holds a charge a long time unless you use GPS a lot.

I had the charge 3 and after almost 2 years it started messing up. The hear rate stopped working. I researched several items including watches and decided that for the money, the charge 4 was the best deal. I really liked the charge 3 and this is almost the same but with GPS. Also spotify support from the device is nice.

I purchased the Charge 4 when my old Charge 3 no longer worked. I was actually looking forward to the upgrade because I wanted to add the ability to monitor my SpO2 and heart rate variability. I've been concerned about possible sleep apnea. The data from the Charge 4 has reduced my concerns.

By far the best value for a GPS enabled fitness tracker. The Charge 4 delivers huge value for the price. The build quality is solid, which has been an issue with previous iterations. Couple it with the premium app, and you have a really compelling tracker! I especially like the sleep tracking and community groups!
