Very reliable, long lasting battery, great features.

works well. battery lasts about a week. good breakdown of fat burning vs cardio, etc. Neither the large or small band fits me very well. for this reason gave 4 stars. shutting alarm off is a bit annoying-tends to snooze when I want it to shut off

I like all the features of this Fitbit. I had the older Charge HR 3 years ago, and this latest model lives up to its optional features offered. Personally, I have not used all of the features yet, as I primarily wanted it for the GPS ability along with ease of overall fitness tracking etc. The fabric band is a nice plus!

I had a charge 2. It finally died. Charge 4 has more features which has taken some getting use to. The charge 4 lost its mind, vibrating about every 5 minutes. I did a soft reboot, which fixed it. I hope this doesn't happen often.

My Charge 3 bombed out, so time for a new one. I didn't want to drop the cash for the watches, so went with this upgrade. If you have the 3 and don't need to replace it, don't. If you "only" want to spend $150 for the next one, this is a good get.

The charge 4 is a replacement for my old model Fitbit Blaze. I love the new features on the Charge 4. Very easy to navigate and the multiple clock face features are really nice. The battery life is exceptional and the GPS has proved more accurate than expected. I’m very pleased.

I love FitBit ! It’s a great tool to keep you on track for daily activities. This is my third one, as I tend to wear them out because of constant use. They last a few years each, and aren’t cheap, but worth it because of the statistics they accumulate during the course of each day.

I got this for my father for gus birthday in hopes that he would use it to remember to keep his heart rate up and move around on his days off. So far it's working wonderfully. He may start using his gym membership again!

My wife loves her Fitbit - Charge 4. It would have been nice if the Best Buy staff was more knowledgeable about the product line, but with so many options that was not a big distraction. Pricing was inline with local competitors.

This product is great for tracking activity and overall even a great smart watch in general. There is EMF radiation that can cause problems. I had headaches and other problems. I researched it online and then realized this can cause cancer and would not recommend for anyone who would take the risk.

My Fitbit Charge 3 died suddenly. Everywhere was sold out, but I was able to find a Best Buy 2 cities away. My data transferred seamlessly from the 3 to the 4. The new Charge 4 is very similar to the 3. It is almost the same size, and can use the same charger.

The Fitbit charger4 tracker is really nice in general and it has a built-in GPS which is a really good feature it does seem more accurate than the charger HR that I have but this new fitbit charger 4 has 2 major flaws,one is that the screen is supposed to come to life when you look at your tracker which it doesn’t happen everytime, and the other major flaw which is a deal breaker for me and for so many people is that the font size on the screen is very small and there is no option of choosing a larger font size which makes it extremely hard for many people to be able to read anything rendering this tracker completely useless and for this reason I’m seriously thinking of returning it and I definitely don’t recommend it to anybody especially if you can’t read small fonts nor struggle with such an issue, in general I’m very disappointed with this tracker

I love my new Fitbit.I purchased it to replace my old one. It is so easy to use and understand. I wear it everyday to record my daily steps and even to bed so that I can record my sleep pattern. I will recommend this to my family and friends. I am about to purchase a couple more for family members.

I bought this when my older charge fitbit died. I have liked the ease in transitioning to this one. It is easy to use and the touchscreen is appropriately responsive. I also feel like it is sleeker so it doesn't bulge of my wrist as much.

I previously had a Charge 3 and found the switch to the charge 4 very easy. Unpair the original watch and add this one! I haven't used the GPS for running yet, but I am looking forward to it. Battery life is a solid week with no GPS use, so very awesome! Sleep tracking and everything works great.

If you can get this on sale, it's worth it. Not a perfect fitness tracker but it's better than most and won't break the bank. HR tracker is not always accurate, but it's good enough to track sleep and calories burned.

This has been a great tracker. I've had it for almost 2 years and it's done a great job of tracking my activity. My only complaint is, I've noticed recently it's having trouble syncing with the app.

Okay to start, but if not savvy at swiping no data will be recorded essential to connect with IPhone to ensure tracking of activity if logged .. May have connectivity issues , but directly related to cellular . Overall expanding knowledge on the item each day

Pretty darn good. Was using Charge 2 but needed something waterproof for swimming and surfing. Seems to handle well in water. However, some limitation with preset exercise modes that use GPS, but not too big of a deal
