Looks very nice and tracking is accurate, it has helped me a lot with reminders so I keep myself in motion. Battery lasts for days so I don't have to worry about charging it every day, it would have been nice to have some colors and not only monochromatic but it's worth it.

Purchased for my mom to keep track ofnher steps. I'm glad I spent the extra money to get this Fitbit instead of a pedometer. And i appreciate tracking her sleep. And the watch automatically picks up her exercises during physical therapy. Definitely recommend.

Very light and good. I would recommend it. But If you are looking for something very accurate then it might not be very useful. Sometimes without gps it logs steps while just sitting on chair :). Also gps battery is less than 6 hrs.

Nice sleep tracking, but not always accurate. Doesn’t track yoga activity well. Also, if not tightly secured ( in my case too tight) it’s exhausting snapping your wrist to see the time. I usually just push the button or look at my phone.

Upgraded from the Fitbit Alta and am very please with my purchase. All of the extra features are awesome and the fact that it’s waterproof makes it even better. I also love the fact that you can see the whole message from the Fitbit screen when text messages come through your cell phone.

Doesn't always Sunday with my phone in a timely manner. I'll get texts way after the fact. But maybe it's my phone. Same with emails. I love the sleep tracking and the battery life is awesome.

The perfect tracker. I loved the Fitbit, easy to set up and use. The disadvantage is that every movement with your hands gives you one step. Overall is waterproof and not too easy to come loose on your wrist.

I purchased the Charge 4 as a replacement when my Charge 3 stopped working. Connecting it to the app was a breeze, and I am pleased with the additional features of the 4. I have no complaints about this product at all.

This is my second Fitbit tracker. I had the Charge 3 for several years. It started mis-reading my heart rate that really messed up the stats it generated. I ended up buying the Charge 4 and really like it. They've made some nice improvements between the 3 and 4.

Product works as advertised. Unfortunately, I had to travel to several Best Buy stores before I found this specific item. Ordering online might have been a better solution, but the shipping time might not have made it for Christmas.

I loved my Charge 3, and the 4 is even better. Love the GPS feature and the additional choices for clock face. I am still learning and enjoying my new toy. Battery doesn't last as long as the Charge 3 but expected with the extra features, something I just need to get used to. Highly recommend!

I bought this as a Christmas present for my wife. She absolutely loves it and had been wanting one for a while now. It was also nice that it is available in multiple colors (including her favorite) so that it doesn’t look like one of the run of the mill knock offs that are available.

This Fitbit Charge 4 model is just what it needs to be. It has all the features desired and then some, without creating confusion among the information provided. As a gift for a dear friend to replace an earlier, non-functioning model, the Charge 4 has more than met expectations.

App is great except for when certain functions don't work. Intermittently. Step tracker is EXTREMELY generous and not accurate in any way. But some of the other features are really nice. Biggest complaint is the band. I bought the Charge 4 in September of 2021. Several months ago the band started popping open causing the fitbit to drop off my wrist. Today the fitbit fell off my wrist and I discovered that the black plastic band connector had sheared off of the main casing. The fitbit is now useless. Seven months after initial purchase.

Purchased for wife. She wore it on a 20 day road trip all over the western United States where we were camping/hiking/swimming pretty much non-stop. It held up amazingly well under all conditions, and has been super user-friendly as far as function. She couldn’t be happier.

Had a fitbit charge 3 that lasted about a year before the screen went out. So I'm giving the fitbit charge 4 a try. So far so good. Had for a couple months and I'm satisfied with its performance so far.

Upgraded from an older version...I like the size, display, stats it tracks, reminders to meet hourly step minimums. And the color is my very favorite! Came with two band sizes to be sure you have the right size. Was looking for renewed motivation to get up and move and this did the trick!

Very happy with my Charge 4. Having gone through Charge 2 and 3, pleased with the upgrade. Took a short while to get used to the additional features and how to navigate. I'm used to the new interface and am very pleased with this new upgrade.

Good watch. Does all I need it to do. The sleep function of the watch and app is interesting. Not quite sure how accurate it actually is. Only complaint is the band size is not quite right for my wrist size. Either to big or to loose. Minor complaint for sure.
