Love my new Fitbit Charge 4. Nice to have two bands with the Special Edition selection. The watch is lightweight & the cloth band option is stylish. This is my 2nd Fitbit -I’m replacing my Fitbit Charge 2. So far I am very pleased!

Great product at a good price. This was a replacement of the previous Fitbit so I knew how well it worked and does a good job keeping me up to date with a lot of health data. Easy to use and links well with my phone.

Best Fitbit watch to date imo. Very easy to setup and pairs seamlessly with phone. The one thing I would improve are the hinges for the strap. They will fail with overuse, but I was pretty rough on it.

This is an upgrade from the previous model I had. The only thing is if you have an older phone the app on your phone won't work with the charge 4. It seems like the battery last longer and there are more screen displays to personalize it.

It performs as expected giving you performance numbers on heart rate, sleep score, gps tracking, pace etc. It has turned out to be more useful than I thought it would be. Pleased with the purchase.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my husband. He loves it. The display is nice, clear and easy to see even in sunlight. He likes all the upgraded features compared to his older model. He was very happy with his gift.

This is my 3rd Fitbit tracker. I had the Charge 2 then went to the Versa. The Versa only lasted 1 year. My first Charge is still working, my husband has been using it for a couple years. I thought the Charge would last longer.

Really enjoy using the device to track my fitness programs and sleep patterns. I am still attempting to learn how to sync my exercise results with My Fitness Pal. The steps sync but my Spinning and Weight Training results do not sync.

Nice upgrade from the Charge 2. I like the GPS feature. I thought the price would be lower now that the Charge 5 is out. But still got some great features.

My wife and I bought FitBit Charge 4 to replace another older one. We both like the new one however we did not like the plastic band that came with them. Both of us bought replacement bands.

Decided to buy this fitness tracker before committing to an Apple Watch. So far I have no complaints. Might never go to an Apple Watch.

Bought a charge 4 for all four family members to help motivate us to get outside and do some walking/exercise during the pandemic. That worked as we are constantly encouraging each other to get to our goals on a daily basis. One issue that has happened to me twice, is I started off on a walk, sync'd fitbit to GPS and started on my walk. About a 1/3 of the way into the walk, it stopped on it's own. It still tracked my steps, but no heart rate, distance covered, or map of my walk. I didn't touch it and not sure why it stopped. It's done that twice for me and once for my daughter with her fitbit. Other than that, we love them and use them and the app every day.

The Fitbit - Charge 4 Special Edition Activity Tracker with GPS and Heart rate - granite reflective has been very useful to keep track of the heart rate. The GPS is accurate and also maps the route taken.

Item worked great however the band broke & would not work

This version does a better job of recording your steps and workouts than the Charge 3 did. It will still get stuck on a screen and not let you back to the time screen, though.

Its okay. Sometimes the display looked glitched. Sometimes it doesn't charge correctly. I liked the Charge 2 more

love the newest version to the Charge - in this case the Charge 4. Charges quickly and holds a charge for almost a week/ reads all the vitals and your texts and calls from your mobile. truly a BestBuy (see what I did there?!

Works well, still figuring out the changes from charge 3. My notifications come all at once, when i open my phone. I lost a few days of data in the beginning.

The product is simple to use and I like the material. The built-in GPS is awesome, really good and almost precise. It is my daily health tracker and the app comes with it so cool.

This was a birthday gift for my girlfriend. She loves it and uses it everyday. It tracks everything. I recommend it who wants it to use for running/swimming. The UI also looks better than previous models
