Comfortable and informative! This piece of wearable tech is just what you want if you don't want to go all in for a smart watch. Very versatile and easy to use.

So far this device works better than the previous one. Still cheap band, but the aftermarket beat them to better quality and designer styles.

I bought this one for my kayak activities, and it works perfectly. I was in the middle of the lake out of nowhere, and Fitbit was able to track my trail.

I love my Fitbit charge 4. It's amazing how much it tells me about my body. It has made me more aware of my physical fitness and allows me to see exactly how much I move around every day.

I bought it as a replacement for a Charge HR. The sensors appear to be an upgrade over the HR and more accurate. Otherwise the operation is as expected.

Best one yet Simple and just what I needed. Third fitbit I've owned and my favorite. I miss nothing from the others but don't have a bunch of features I don't even need

Gift to my wife, who is not tech-savvy. She was able to load the app and work through all of the functions she wanted to track. Now she is not sure why she had not gotten one sooner.

I owned a Charge 2 and a Charge 3. When my Charge 3's Bluetooth was not being recognized by my iPhone 11, I decided to upgrade to the Charge 4. While the new features - especially the GPS - are great, my iPhone 11 will not recognize it. While it did when I initially set it up, that lasted for less than a day - now it wont. While I contacted FitBit Support, they weren't able to help either. So my next step is to return it. Again, new features are great, but it doesnt help when I can't sync if to my iPhone. Go figure!

The quick charging time and long battery life is a significant step up from my previous Fitbit. I also enjoy the woven band. It is significantly more comfortable than the silicone band.

Love the tracker, very useful. Hard to set up, must be done on your phone not pc. Needs a different band in my opinion. Not of fan of thick plastic band

A bit intimidating at first. No on off switch! You have to start things up with the app, but ulitmately, this is a an easy to use and excellent bit of fitness/digital gear.

This is about my fifth Fitbit Charge...either I'm rough on them or they just don't last very long. Obviously I like them because I keep replacing when they die. I don't like the Charge 4 as well as the Charge 3...not as functional to make setting changes from the app. Can no longer set alarms from the app, and for us old people it's just harder to see and operate settings from the device screen, Maybe this has been remedied in the new Charge 5. I still like the Charge...just not as much as I used to...

Great product. I’ve always loved Fitbit stuff. I bought this because my Versa 2 stopped holding a charge after a year. The smaller products have longer battery life! This one works great.
