I love that they included both sizes of bands. So much better than my Alta. Love the extra, extras. You can use it in the water.

Works good light weight, just not a fan of tapping it and does not respond sometimes. Doesn't light up when I rotate my wrist.

Best Fitbit I've had thus far. The navigation takes some getting used to, but the Battery life is why I chose this over an Apple Watch.

I like that it is water resistant and you can swim with it. the battery lasts about 5 days where my previous fitbit lasted much longer.

I love the battery life of Fitbit. I find myself wearing it more than my Apple Watch because I don’t have to charge it every day.

Great upgrades to aid walking or running. The 90 days free Fitbit Coaching program is worth its price in the end. Videos, article and reminders all help keep you on track.

This is my 3rd fitbit and by far the best info and easiest to use and start up. I upgraded for new features not because the previous products were low quality.

If you are comfortable buying a new tracker every year or two FitBit is for you. Most reviews are glowing after using the product a few weeks. How about a year later? My FitBit Charge 4 GPS + Heart rate tracker experienced sudden power drain (lasts 4 hours) then goes black. This happened 18 days after the 1 year warranty expired. FitBit is aware of the issue claiming it may be a software issue they are working on or it may just be the battery. In either case their offer to address the problem is 35% off the newer more expensive tracker. Clearly the company knows they have battery issues, one of their lines is being recalled due to burn issues. Go to their forum you will see numerous complaints even though they delete most of the negative comments.

Comfortable. I've read the instructions and still have trouble finding the information I want ... just can't remember where stuff is kept, swipe up or right or ? Buttons might have been better for me. Sync easily to my phone to tracking there is easy enough. The strap pops off occasionally if I'm working with my hands. Today it fell off and barely missed the gallon of paint I was working with. I think I'll create a cuff of some sort to keep it on my wrist, covered and protected.

Nice Fitbit. Everything I need. Lag time on weather updates. Clock faces very limited. Looks like this models’ clock faces only comes in white. I hate teaser showing what you can get for money especially when it’s not a necessity. I also hate that they seem to need to be replaced in less than 5 years.
