Bought for the wife and its working good. I replaced the Charge 3 because it just wasn't working right even after it was replaced by Fitbit.

Got this for my dad. He loves it! An avid walker, gets his steps answers calls, it does everything he needs it to.

It was no problem to set up my new tracker with the Fitbit app. It only took a few minutes. The Charge 4 is very nice and gives me a lot of info.

Love that all my charge 3 wristbands and accessories work with my new charge 4! Love the access to my phone from my wristband.

Had to go in and exchange the first one that would not start charging. The replacement is working great and like it better than the Charge 2.

I wasn’t looking for a ton of bells and whistles. This gives me exactly what I was looking for. Tracking my exercises and tracking my sleep.

This is first fitbit I've had in a couple of years. So far, so good, no complaints. Seems pretty accurate.

I bought this for my nephew's birthday and he absolutely LOVES it! He's raved about it so much that I'm getting one for myself for Christmas!

Charge 4 has added features that my previous trackers did not have. I would purchase this item again.

This is a good fit bit activity tracker. It is easy to read and easy to use but can be hard to set up.

In general this fitness tracker does what it says it will do. But, some of the notifications are annoying. For example, after you answer a call, the Charge 4 continuously vibrates while you are on the phone talking. Also if you set the timer, notifications can prevent you from stopping the timer on time.

Great choice for my S O. Her old one has stopped holding a charge and keeping accurate data. Since I'm her tech support, after three resets and listening to her unhappiness/complaints, I decided to get this for her for Christmas to save both of us the stress the old one was creating. Great choice for me and her. It does everything she wants it to do and it's an upgrade in some areas. She loves it and it's maintenance and tech support free for me. We haven't used the really advanced features or the software upgrade.

she loves the upgrade, especially the battery life. She only wished we could get it with a leather band. Had to order leather band separately.

Nice updated FitBit does everything you need it too and can be used to swim. Very happy with the overall function of the device.

I love this watch. My apple watch was great but would die every day and a half! This watch tracks everything I need and lasts for a whole week!

This is great to keep you going and remembering your Exercise it even remind you to drink enough of water in A-day. This is just easy and fun to use

Mine locked up 2x within the first week of having it. Although they released an upgrade to fix the root cause, it was frustrating but also encouraging that the company is committed to quality. It is NOT intuitive in the use of the features and the usage manual is fairly vague. I will need to devote more time to really figure out how to use. Once I do figure it all out I’m hopeful that it’ll exceed expectations. For the features I’ve figured out though, I do like them.
