Well made health tracker
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got it on Black Friday for a great deal. Glad I waited until the 4 came out. Upgraded from a Charge 2. Not as fancy as other watches but does what it’s supposed to do well. Can change the bands to make it more personal.

Good Accessory
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my 12-year-old daughter. She loves it! It is wonderful and not overly cluttered with apps and features. It works great! She even left it on all day in the pool and it did a good job tracking her water activity. The main issue I did have was setting it up. It wasn't very simple and the feedback during the setup process wasn't great. It was frustrating getting the watch going. But once up and running it was great for the price. It is very lightweight and nonintrusive. She doesn't even know it there when playing or exercising. She has fun going over her activity results on the app at the end of the day and she also enjoys initiating the workout programs on the watch,

Great and Simple!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are a person that wants something cool but don’t use all the features of a smart watch this is definitely the way to go. I love tracking my steps, sleep, and heart rate. I also use it for work where it is a necessity to wear a watch.

Fitbit Charge 4 is great!

I love the heart metrics & resting heart beat. It is a gauge to see how I'm doing. I also love tracking my nightly sleep hours. Of course, tracking my daily steps makes me smile.

Charge 4
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Owned a Fitbit Blaze before and absolutely loved it. Saw the new Versa 2 and just didn't feel it, so I purchased this Charge 4. Good activity tracker for the price, but my one main complaint is the display, sometimes it lights up when you raise your wrist to check the time, and sometimes it just doesn't. Battery life is incredible for me, as I don't use all of the battery draining bells and whistles. (Using the GPS feature is a one day affair.) Other than that, good value for the price, especially if you get it on sale.

Great tracker
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great tracker. Tracks steps, exercise, heart rate, and sleep patterns. This Charge 4 updates to the app much easier and quicker than the Charge 3. It receives messages and call info quicker than the Charge 3

Fitbit Worthy
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fitbit offers a lot of personal health awareness features that allow you to stay alert to sleeping patterns, heart rate, movement/steps, and more. It is a worthy purchase that is easy to initiate, monitor, and maintain.

It does what it’s suppose to do
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this because another brand of tracker wasn’t tracking accurately. After using this for almost a month I can say I’m pretty happy with it and being able to see more information then just steps and calories burned helps out tremendously. I work in the maintenance field and being that it’s a smaller tracker is great, because it doesn’t hang up on everything in small areas and it pretty comfortable to wear. I did change the band out to a nylon one and now I have to double check my wrist often to make sure it still there, because it doesn’t even feel like it’s there.

Amazing tracker
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Keeps track of steps better than last one that was different brand. Sleep graphics are much better. Like the zone minutes feature. Stays charged longer than other brand. Display is much easier to read. Glad I got this one.

better than expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I generally shun fitness tech, but needed a general idea of my caloric expenditures on exercise while I tried out a weight loss app. I'm also sometimes a little lost with tech, but I found this very easy to understand and use fully, and the phone app is just full of expanded useful data, including quality of sleep. I lost 20 pounds and have a good handle on my fitness level and my required exercise to maintain a healthy weight. Really glad I got it. One feature stopped working, the illumination of the watch face with a wrist turn, and I can't get it to work again.

Inaccurate HR, half-baked smart features.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this to track my sleep, heart rate, and activity habits. Sleep tracking seemed to be fine. I especially liked the smart wake feature that would wake me up during my lightest sleep phase in the half hour before my alarm. Heart rate tracking was fine at rest, but horribly inaccurate with any movement. Even with the strap well secured, just walking the HR tracking would be 10-20 bpm off my Polar H10 chest strap, which is considered gold standard for commerical fitness HR tracking. During intense exercise it could be 40 bpm off, which is beyond useless. I replaced this with a Polar Ignite2 and the wrist HR monitoring is much more accurate by itself, and pairs with my chest strap when I choose to wear it. Additionally the hints of smart watch features are half-baked at best. No music control while recording a workout... which is the only time I'd want music control on my wrist. Notifications were poorly formatted and often either disappeared or were accidentally auto-replied to if I got to them with inaccurate swipes. Finally, it felt weird wearing this for all of its features, but it couldn't replace the watch on my other wrist because there was no always-on display and the tilt sensor lagged or missed frequently. I returned the device. Looks like the Charge 5 will be significantly better, but I'm sticking with my Polar Ignite2 for the foreseeable future.

Excellent Upgrade
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the Fitbit Charge 2 for over 3 years before it started to have issues. I decided to pick the Charge 4 since it has built in GPS, and it is smaller than the Versa. I've used it for my daily 3-5 mile walks, and I love it. It tracks everything extremely well so it helps me keep track of my goals. Keep in mind if you do certain types of exercises it may not track every movement (such as knee lifts and kicks). I also like seeing who is calling or texting me on my watch so I can do a quick response on my watch (extremely limited) or use my phone to respond. I highly recommend this watch for someone who wants a smaller watch for tracking their steps along with GPS tracking. If they want an actual smart watch and do not mind the larger size, I would recommend going for the Versa instead.

Better than a apple watch
||Posted . Great fitness tracker
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded from a Charge 2 to this Charge 4. A somewhat slimmer design with better tracking capabilities, including built-in GPS, Smart Wake alarms, and better sleep tracking. Worth the price for my purposes.

Great First Health Tracker
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.///Bought 2.../// With the current pandemic and WFM option, haven't seen a gym since March and invested on this new toy. The Fitbit and App works great paired w/ my Samsung S10. Battery Life w/o GPS is about 4-5 days and couple hours to charge. Pulse + Sleep, calorie and step monitor are awesome. As for accuracy, can't say since I don't have other fitness trackers to compare. Durability, so-so .... It's a not G-SHOCK so don't go banging it around. Invest in a good screen film cover. Got some scruff marks on the case already... I figure this will last about 1.5 years.

Love My Fitbit Charge 4
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I started with my first Fitbit in 2014 when I was trying to get in shape. Over the years I have tried many of the more elaborate fitness watches, from Fitbit, Garmin, and most recently a Samsung Gear. I liked those, however they were overkill for me. I found I did not use all the apps and conveniences of those. They also would flip through screens when I was in the water. The Samsung Gear was the worst always picking up standing in the water as swimming. I will likely now always stick with the Fitbit Charge as it gives me everything I need and it works flawlessly. Simple to use and I find the pulse rate feature is the most accurate on this, and of course this is much cheaper than the others.

Solid fitness tracker
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great tracker! This was a huge upgrade from a much simpler Fitbit Flex 2 (which even didn’t have a screen). The heart rate detection works well, the screen can be configured to show a has a variety of details via the app (my favorite has time, heart rate, calories, steps), and the battery lasts about a week. I haven’t really used the smartphone push notifications on the tracker but that’s because I usually have my phone on me. The only downside is that the wristband that came with the tracker broke within a few months, but the wristbands are easily replaceable (snap off the tracker) and the third-party replacement ones are quite inexpensive.

Great features, good design
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Charge 4 was a replacement for my Inspire HR and I am enjoying it's many features, including the built-in GPS and the expanded communications with my phone. I also like having a larger watch face. The heart rate monitor is much more reliable than the Inspire's was. I am finding that I can only go two days maximum between battery charges. I generally use the GPS every day for about 90 minutes. That uses about 30% of the battery. The rest of the day uses about 10-15%. I don't mind having to charge the watch that often but people should be aware that the GPS is quite the battery hog. It can be turned off but I like having the record of my exercise and an accurate measurement of distance.
