Great fitness tracker

The price was good, the functions were good, but the reason why I gave it a 4 was the durability of the product. About every 5 months this watch cracks at the point where the straps and screen attach so I would have to go in to best buy and get a new one switched out. After about 3 times of doing it, best buy no longer allowed me to. I thought "great i'm stuck with a broken watch I paid full price for and can no longer wear." Good thing fitbit customer service is great and they sent me out an updated version, the alta, at no cost but I may have just gotten a nice CS rep.
