The Charge Fitbit stopped working just under a year for me. I wore it at all times except for showering...Fitbit warranty did replace it with the Ulta and I love the Ulta Fitbit

This tracker is great for keeping you in line as the numbers don't lie. However the band falls off an awful lot for somthing that cost over $100

I like to see how many steps I take each day. Many days I am challenged to do more steps the next day. My doctor has told me at my age (70) to keep moving and the Fitbit helps me do that.

This device makes you think about walking and taking the stairs instead of taking an elevator. I am finding I am going out of my way to walk to get up to 10K steps a day and 10 flights of stairs.

Does what it is supposed to do. I track my steps on a daily basis. Makes you want to exercise more and stay fit. Great product for the money.

This activity tracker is the most accurate of them all. It has several useful features including caller ID and your usual activity stats. It syncs seamlessly with the app and computer program.

I bought this item figuring it would be easier to wear it on my wrist instead of having to clip a different model on. However, since it is motion activated, it is not a true indicator of the number of steps you have actually walked. Yesterday I was weeding and after a couple of hours, it beeped and said that I reached 10,000 steps. This was totally untrue It detected the movement of my wrist. I am very unsatisfied with this product.

The Fitbit helped me to get up from my desk more often during my Lunch break to get more exercise. I wish the heart rate monitor was out already!

this is my second fitbit. I was told it would count steps, but found out I had to be running and swinging my arms. I walk on a tread mill not run. I have not gotten a true reading with this item. This is the fitbit Charge. Locking device on the arm....It keeps falling off - poor clasp

I've had several Fitbits over the last three years - the thing that puts purchasing it from Best Buy ahead of others is their extended warranty that is well worth the cost!

It's great at taking your steps and stuff. But man they break really frequently. Make sure you get the replacement plan on it.

I liked the tracker, but it's very simple and basic. If you sweat too much it will stop working. Don't get it wet, like if you're doing yard stuff and get water on it, or it will stop working. Don't accidentally drop it, or it will stop working. My last one, the band just detached from the display screen. Idk why. I will say this- they'll replace it...with another one with similar issues.

While this does sync up with my android phone, the accuracy of the step count can be manipulated (whether on dominant hand OR non-dominant hand) depending on your activity.

The heart rate and pedometer are not very accurate in my opinion. I returned the product. Aesthetically it is a nice piece, but was a little let down on the accuracy side.

I got this Fitbit for my sister and she was so amazed by it. It motivated her to lose weight and she went from being big like John candy to skinny like Taylor swift!
