This is so much better than the flex I used to have. I love being able to see what time it is and the caller id is cool to.

Got this for my mom as a gift, she is constantly on the go with little time to hit the gym. The fit Bit lets her track everything while she's on the go and easy to use.

The watch band does not have a great security system. I feel off at school and was not turned into the lost and she had to save up for another.

Problem that # of steps counted is not always accurate. Somehow tied to hand movement and if you sit at computer and are not steping, it still adds to the total.

but to get any history you have to have it upload to your computer using their Bluetooth receiver. The band is irritating to sleep in to have it track sleep cycle.

Best part of the original fitbit is the size, I need a step tracker not a watch, phone, or heart rate monitor.

Battery doesn't stay charged for more than 2 days. Would like the clock to show longer than a second. Would like it to track steps when biking.

This is more a review of Best Buy customer service. I wrote a very positive review of my Charge. This one was for my wife. She liked it tremendously until it was clear it would only hold its charge for 2-3 days, far short of the 2 weeks expected. Best Buy swapped it out for a new one swiftly and without complaint. She's now as satisfied as I am with mine.

The first fitbit of this kind would not hold a charge. The 2nd fitbit holds a charge and performs as expected. One downfall of this product is that it is not waterproof. The biggest issue with the product is the way the fitbit stays on the wrist. The connectors often come apart and let the fitbit fall off of the wrist. Why not just a regular watch band?

I got it as a gift for my wife. It works. Size is tough as they only come in small and large. The small barely fits and the large was way to big.

The strap is less than perfect but if you wear it during a run only you are less likely to lose It. I do not recommend wearing this to work!

Pros: Pretty accurate at tracking fitness and the app is easy to use. Cons: The band is a major con for several reasons. 1. The band can be somewhat difficult to make sure it's snaps correctly. 2. The band easy gets snagged on long sleeves, jackets, etc and can come off easily. 3. The most egregious part is the durability of the band where it attaches to the tracker. The glue that holds it together wears VERY fast (within 6 months). Fitbit sent me a replacement, which then proceeded to wear out after 8 months of use. My wife's tracker did the same after just over a year. Since the warranty was up they wouldn't replace them again. Why spend $100 on an activity tracker that can't keep up/withstand the very activity it was "designed" for? I play a lot of football (soccer here in the US) so it don't understand the premature wear. It wasn't like I was power lifting, bull riding, doing MMA.
