this is a must have for anyone who is serious about getting fit. the only problem i have experienced is the device quite recording my sleep when i switched arms. the device is comfortable to wear and provides a lot of information which helps you regulate your fitness program.

Got for my kid at Xmas. Came off in his sleep. And next day fell off and lost it whilst walking. The clasp is very poor to say the least!!! Apart from that I have no idea as we only had it a day!!! Very sad kid!!!

The accuracy seems a bit off. Example: there's no way that it took 300 steps to walk to the other end of the house and back. But otherwise, it's good. It is consistent, so at least this inaccuracy will tell me from day-to-day if I've done better than previous days.

    Strap Still Sucks

I was very happy with the technology. I waited to buy fitbit because of the problems they were having with the Force. They said they had resolved the problems but the wrist strap still sucks. I only had it for three weeks and it fell off my wrist on the train. Now it's gone and I'm out over $100. Please be aware that the strap issue is still present.

I did 24 floors. It showed 19. I walked more than 200 steps. It showed only 73 steps. I had a fitbit One before. It showed correct floors and the steps were close to my counts. Something is seriously wrong. I will return it for a fitbit One.

The FitBit I purchased has not been very user friendly. It is quite difficult to snap on as the band is quite stiff. And, the button keep falling off the side. One of these times, I will not be able to find it...and then what. I wish I had not purchased this item.

I thought it was strange that my 10 year old boy would want to get one of these, but he made a deal with me to earn it. I never thought he would come through, but he did and now he loves his Fit Bit. I like that it keeps him active, even though I never thought he really had a problem with that to begin with...

    Just Charge It!

My husband & I caught these bad boys on sale last week--$90 versus $130 (he got a large & I got a small), & overall, we're pretty happy with them! The Fitbit site claims 7-10 days of battery life; today is day 6 of us wearing them, & we just woke up to a notification on our phones this morning stating that our battery life was low, so I think that's pretty decent. I've read reviews where people have griped about having to take the Charge off to charge it, but considering I work a desk job, I just brought my charging "cable" to work with me this morning & currently have it charging off my computer while I work...it supposedly only takes an hour or 2 to charge, & when I get busy, I can easily sit at my desk that long &, therefore, will not miss any tracking. Don't you sit down at home & watch a 2-hr movie? Plug up your Charge while you watch & it'll be ready to get up & go when you are! As for the features, I definitely like what the Charge has to offer: simple to set up, app is simple & gives you the info you need shortly after opening the app...I love that it starts syncing on its own upon opening the app, versus the Misfit Flash that my husband initially bought me for Christmas that I had to sync manually #needless to say, I'd only rate the Misfit about a 2 or 2.5, & I returned it#. I also like being able to see the time by just slightly flicking my wrist towards me, & being able to "scroll" thru several basic stats by pushing the little button on the side. The silent alarm is a nice added feature #that buzz is just strong enough to give me that final push I need to get up!#, & caller ID is pretty handy as well if you don't want to dig your phone out of your pocket to see who's calling #assuming you're too busy or not interested in taking the call#, or if you step away from your phone for a few minutes. There are only 2 reasons why I didn't give it 5 stars, & they're actually both fairly silly, but hey, they're reasons...#1-I like the fit of the Charge on my wrist #it's comfortable, stays in place, & isn't too snug#, but it doesn't smell too good after having it on my wrist for 6 days, but then again, don't most sport bands have the same effect? #2-I really wish it would accurately track my steps while grocery shopping, but it doesn't track accurately if my hand is on the buggy/cart handle. Not only do I do quite a bit of walking around my local Kroger store, but I also figure "fit moms" who like to jog with a stroller might be a bit disappointed.
