I ordered this tracker on black friday for over 30% off and for that price, you can't beat it. The tracker works great and doesn't really require any "insider" knowledge of the product. Pretty simple to set-up and use, and it sync's with a ton of devices.

I bought my Fitbit on April 1st. Initially, it was great. The battery would last for nearly 4-5 days, then the battery life shortened to about 36 hours (within a month). I've had to contact the Fitbit company twice regarding the matter. The customer service was superb!I am now in the process of receiving a new one. I hope my new one works 100% better. On the other hand, it's a great watch. I love it counting my steps and mileage. It also works with my Weight Watchers app. I hope my new watch works and it was just a bad watch!

I returned the item because the online section of the start up did not specify where the various entry part were located. I felt I was missing something from package. The support at the store was not helpful so I decided to return the item.

I am happy with what the FitBit does but the craftsmanship is poor. The main piece is already pulling away from the band in less than a year. It is cracked in certain creases.

I love my Fitbit it really keeps me focused to stay up with my exercise! I love th new features with the clock and a way to see how I am doing on my goals

This product was such a disappointment! I found it to be totally inaccurate! I walked 20 steps to get my morning paper and it logged me as having taken 670 steps. And the calories are just as bad if not worse. I don't know how you sell this in good faith to the customer. I feel like I just threw away 100 dollars plus I enrolled in extended warranty. I would not recommend this to anyone, in fact I would discourage them from buying it.

I purchased this when I got home it wouldn't fit. So I took it back. I found that this model didn't do the heart rate, and that that Charge HR hadnt came out yet. So I decided to wait.

My daughter absolutely loves her FitBit! Everyone at her work competes on the amount of steps everyday, nothing wrong with a little friendly competition. She works in a vets office and it has stood up to the challenge. Would definitely buy again but this tine for myself!

I've had a couple of Fit Bit styles in the past but this one is my favorite. This has the right blend of technology and style. I had a charge HR but lost it due to the poor watch band type they use but the charfpge regular snap on bands don't spontaneously fall off.

Love my Fitbit works great for me. Only downside is it doesn't pick up the workouts I do when I'm lifting weights and doing cardio on treadmill (I hold on to the bar when walking). Otherwise I love it just what I wanted

The fitbit performed well, I have 2 other models as well. The band is poorly made and fell off 8 times during wearing the first month. That issue stopped when the fitbit was fell off the 9th time and was lost!

These are great, but they tend to come unglued within a year. Definitely buy the accidental plan on this so you can replace once the product starts to come apart. Other than that the product is great.

WHILE I REALLY LIKE THE FITBIT AND IT HAS BEEN GOOD MOTAVATION, IT DOESN'T HOLD A CHARGE VERY LONG. AT FIRST I CHARGED IT EVERY 3 DAYS, AFTER 37 DAYS, I MUST CHARGE IT EVERY 12 TO 13 HOURS OR IT GOES DEAD.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter who really liked wearing the fitbit flex but was also looking for a watch so this was a good fit for her. Would of preferred a different color but no a big deal.

I bought the Fitbit as a gift to my daughter. She is more conscious now about being fit and the Fitbit will help her track her progress. I bought Fitbit Charge so she can see when I'm calling even while she is exercising. She is a very happy camper :-)

I bought this for my wife for her birthday, she loves the digital readout of information to check her stats as opposed to the status bars that the fitbit flex has. Also the clock is an added bonus.

The watch itself is bulky for a lady. The battery needed to be charged daily.. The slimmer fit bit is more appropiate for the femle. i

For the money this product is exactly what I wanted. The reason I purchased this item is because I like to participate with my Friends who also own Fitbits. I like Best Buy because items are usually in stock and the prices are competitive.

The FitBit keeps you moving and working towards your goal. It's fun to try and beat your daily goal and not beat yourself up if you don't hit your goal. It's ok - just do it the next day.

The Fitbit site was completely down for 2 days upon receiving this gift. After several attempts, still unable to connect to fitbit. My fitbit is still not able to connect, even through my phone?
