I love the product but not the clap i have lost two of these already Buyer must be aware of wearing it so when it pops off you can find it.

The band is a bit difficult to use initially however the snap improves with wear. Data is helpful and timely.

This did everything I wanted until it came off my wrist in Chicago and I lost it! Only had it 2 months! The strap does not fasten securely if you are taking coat or gloves off and on.

I was not satisfied with the device, could be I expected more accuracy! I see the device counted steps while driving while sleeping not sure if it is supposed to do so and if so, I didn't expected that so returned, don't remember when was last I ever gave back any purchase!

Bought it on black friday. It worked awesome for a week. Then just not working, tried exchanging it several times but the store has been out of stock. Hopefully the next one will be better.

Purchased as a gift for my daughter price was ok but best buy would not price match bestbuy.com price during Black Friday through Sunday I should have purchased a second one at 99.00 and returned the one I bought for 129.99. That is crazy!

I bought this for my wife at her request, and she LOVES it! She has recently rekindled the desire to be in shape, and this new tool/toy is a big motivator for her. Way to go Fitbit!

My wife has been using this device for about six weeks and is happy with the performance. The "Stairs" function is quirky,but otherwise matches well with her expectations.

This was was great but wish I had bought the next model up. This one crapped out on me within a couple of months but Fitbit sent me a brand new one of the next model up.

This is perhaps one of the best gifts my sister received from me. She makes it a point to be more active & loves the information the FitBit provides per day, per week. Great value for the money! Health is wealth!

First days it needed to be recharged every 2.5 days. Now 6 weeks after the purchase battery is exhausted in just 36 hours. Synch once a day, check time maybe 3 times a day.

Overall this product is good. The connection around the wrist could be more secure like a wrist watch. Also, making the fitbit waterproof would be a huge improvement.

After using a fitbit flex for over a year, I updated to a Charge. I assumed they would fit the same, and I left the store with a small. After getting home (120 miles away), I cannot fasten the Charge. Best Buy would not allow me to mail it back or exchange it in any way unless I go back to the store. How sad. I now have a Charge that I have lost 4 times because it doesn't fasten correctly. Know your size or open the package before you leave the store. 'Customer service' has a different meaning at Best Buy.

I bought my Fitbit to help motivate me to work out more often. It's soft flexible band is comfortable when performing many different types of exercise. Connects easy to my phone using Bluetooth and charges quick

I bought this as a gift for my wife. She is very active and stays fit. this was to help her track her activity and after six months her Fitbit is falling apart. A button came off and the strap is breaking away from the device. I would think a fitness tracker would be designed first to stand up to the daily activities of a person who is striving to be fit. The jury is still out with the Fitbit people on covering it under warranty. Until they get this right I would not recommend this device to anyone.

It is a great product. After leaving it on for long periods of time, the vibration from phone calls and texts irritated my wrist. Wouldn't suggest that feature

I was skeptical at first when I ordered my fit bit but once I got it I don't know whether I like all the gadgets that goes along with it more than I thought

This is a great tracker for people on the move! I love the ease of wearing & using this tracker. I especially love how easy & functional the app is at tracking my progress & competitions with friends!

The button on the side fell off. I have to use my phone to check my steps, calories burned, etc. a little disappointed since he charge is only a few months old.

I love all of the features on this, especially the caller id notification. Only thing I'd like to be different is the wrist band. Wish it could be changed.
