The new Fitbit Charge is a great improvement from the flex. I use it everyday and would highly recommended it!

It’s a great idea, but the band doesn’t hold up well.

I loved it at first, but then it wouldn't stay charged for 12hrs. Made it impossible to use. I work 12 HR shift so I couldn't wear it at work without it dying during my shift. Then it got to the point that it would dye in the middle of the night while I was sleeping, doesn't work for tracking sleep very well. So now I have an $80 device that barely works!!

Good product, no complaints. I make all my purchases at Best Buy. Fitbit has great customer service

My wife loves her new Fitbit. We are on a fitness journey and the Fitbit will help keep her on track through the day. She is very excited about it.

I did a lot of research, I believed this to be the best product for my needs, the big thing being the sleep monitor and phone # showing on the band! Well no matter many times I tried the phone # has never appeared! The sleep registered the first three nights, then it registered I haven't slept in two nights! We came back to our state after vacation, the time is still a hour ahead. The distance walked is way off and I did not climb any steps, although it says I've gone up seven! I will exchange it, I bought the warranty, if the new one isn't better I would not advise anyone to buy one! Instructions printed would have been nice, but everything on line.. Not convenient ! I did reset, the troubleshooting, everything! It still is not working right!

I already had a fitbit charge and got a second one for my daughter, its the best price , I got for.

The Fitbit does not calculate steps at all It also calculates when I am typing on the computer
