loved it BUT falls off wrist! Gone!

The bracelet latch leads to the same problem as the flex: IT IS GONE after falling off my wrist multiple times, now is permanently lost. I should have purchased the Charge XR with the buckle closure. Now to save for a new one, this time with the buckle.

It doesn't sync to my phone like it should. And when I push the side button for the display to show, nothing shows. No problem! Best Buy is great about letting you return items. Hopefully, the next one will work.

Failure to keep charge

It works fine for a month or so and keeps it charge for 1 week and then fizzles out until it holds no charge. Very disappointing, because when it works, it is great!
