FItbit Rocks, but the Charge is questionable...

I really like how the caller ID works on it. However, I have had multiple issues with the battery. I have had to return and exchange it 3 times. I have been using Fitbit devices starting with the Zip to the Charge, upgrading each time, and the Charge has been the only one to give me issues.

Lot of time investment for a broken device

About an hour screwing around trying to activate it and then another hour with a very helpful pleasant customer service phone rep who could not get it to work either. Now I have to go to Best Buy and replace. Cumulative 4 hours or more plus drive time to try and get a $100 device which should have worked out of the box. This is second one purchased and the first one worked ok but died after one year. Nice device when they function. They need some serious quality overhaul.
