What a disappointment. I had the original fitbit and had no issues. I upgraded to this model because it also gave you the time. Within 30 days it had gone bad. It refused to take a charge. I returned it.

i liked this fitbit alot i think its great for beginners. however, this doesnt have a good battery life and will quickly die. i suggest the alta for everyday use.

I ended up returning this and getting the Nike GPS Tom Tom runners watch. The Fitbit was not very convenient. I was looking for a watch that would keep track of my running times and laps. The Fitbit is more for walkers and you have to scroll through the time, steps etc to get to your run time. I want to be able to look at my watch as I run and see exactly what I want without having to scroll through while I run. It was comfortable but not what I was looking for. It would be a good product for someone wanting to keep track of walking steps.

Great product if battery life would have stayed like it did at first, but battery life decreased qickly after first 30 days until it wouldn't even stay charged for 12 hours.

This Fitbit lasted about 6 months until the plastic started cracking. However because it was under the year warranty I received a new one for free

The battery wouldn't stay charged for longer then 24 hrs from day one. Messed with it for a week and finally called Fitbit, they are sending me a replacement

I hated this product. I lost it twice due to the poorly made strap. I purchased the warranty but it doesn't cover lost or stolen so I waisted 300 on this product

I had this product about 7 months and loved it took care of it and it was awesome but then the band started coming apart from and it soon became unwearable.

Returned when it was not working after first charging. Received replacement. Now the Fitbit is not working at all and will need to be returned again!

This FitBit was a gift for a grandchild. It fit well, but malfunctioned and would not hold data soon after it was used. I would not recommend.

Battery started dying at 2 1/2 weeks and would only hold a charge for a few days by 4 weeks. Replaced it with a Charge HR. We will see.....

The website was NO help for my issues & questions. I'd gladly return the 2 fitbits I bought in a heartbeat if I could get a full refund.

Short battery life on mine but my friends Fitbit works great. I think there some that in a bad batch. My wife's dies quickly too.

But the band will not stay together I use duct tape that's the only thing wrong with it.
