Good, however can easily fall off wrist

I like how the fitbit charge tracks your daily exercise however, it has fallen off my wrist several times although it was secured tightly. It comes off very easily. The clamps are not very dependable. Hopefully this gets fixed soon. Very easy to loose. .

Accurate enough but needs an on/off mode

I'm pleased enough with my Fitbit but not completely happy with it. When I ride my motorcycle or drive my truck, it racks up the steps. I've tried removing it from my wrist, but that's not really helping. If I didn't ride to a hiking destination or drive somewhere to workout, I would remove it & leave it home. There really needs to be a way to either "pause" it or turn it off.

    Not a very comfortable design

The apps for this product were great, the tracking seemed to be pretty accurate, but I just couldn't get used to having this on my wrist. Not sure if its a flaw in the design of the curvature of the rigid part of the band, or if my wrist is just "non standard," but I ended up taking it back and getting a Garmin, which I can't even tell that I have on.

I was happy with this product until I found out the clasp on this is cheap and defective. More than one time I found my Fitbit in the sleeve of my shirt... Until the last time where it came undone and I didn't feel it. I was told after it was lost that there is a "bit belt" that can be purchased to keep it on your wrist. I shouldn't have to buy something else to keep this on my wrist. This is made to monitor activity. It should stand up to said activity. I will not buy another one and will not recommend to anyone.

Cute & Comfortable But NOT ACCURATE!

I bought a fitbit charge thinking it was going to be the next best thing to the NIKE WATCH and honestly I was disappointed. It counts steps and calories that you do not take or earn and that for me defeated the purpose. It did however track my sleep excellently!

    Inaccurate

The reason I give this 1 star is because it's main function is entirely inaccurate. This thing added 1,000 steps to my count while I was driving. Also, added steps while I was sleeping. Then, I decided to test and see if it misses any of my actual steps, and sure enough, I took about 20 steps and it didn't count a single one. I like the sleep tracking function, and even like that it will display the time and date. I could get over it being off by a little bit, but adding over 1,000 steps when I'm sitting down in my car (or laying in my bed asleep) defeats the exact purpose of why I purchased it.

This was a gift for my sister for Christmas since she didn't feel like she needed the heart rate monitor. She does a lot of running and exercising, so she uses it a lot and really seems to like it.

    Bad Experience

First off let me say this is the first fitness tracking band I have ever purchased and wanted to get one that had a great reputation. The comfortable band and display screen really were 2 features that made this particular product stand out as must haves. Upon purchasing the fitcharge band the battery life expectancy was said to be atleast 5 days and others seemed to be getting more. I followed the instructions and allowed the band to fully charge before use and put it to work. I will say it lasted just under 2 days before it alerted me the battery was critically low, I took into consideration the configuration and extra playing with it upon first use may have take a toll. I charged it again fully and alas the battery lasted less than 2 days... This is not functional for me. So I exchanged the band assuming the one I received may have been just a "bad egg." The second band I exchanged for seemed incredibly poorly made. The screen in the back shown light around the display screen as it seemed kind of crooked and not fitted properly. This may seem petty but it was extremely noticeable and if you purchase a product you expect there to be nothing wrong. After a few days I reluctantly returned it and at this point did not feel a 3rd try was warranted. I did not feel valued by the fitcharge band and may have had flukey experiences but could not take a further risk with the annoyance of constant exchanging. When it was functioning properly I would have given the band a 5 star review for comfort and user friendliness of the app.

I got this for my wife and she loves the features and the look. The area where the band attaches near the face is already starting to peel away though after 5 months.

After losing my Fitbit Flex a few weeks ago, I made the switch over to the new charge and I absolutely love it better than my Flex. The wristband is more wider and stylish and I love the addition of the lcd screen. This is a great device and a shame somebody reviewed it with one star because they couldn't button the clasp...smh

I had got my Charge a week before the holidays. I liked the pedometer feature and the sleep monitor. I wished the Charge HR was available before Christmas. The one thing that I didn't like was the fact that it didn't pick up my exercise when I was using cardio machines such as the elliptical machine. Also when I would check calories burned versus what was on the machine (machine would read 500 calories burned) and the Fitbit would read 350...so that is least 150 calories unaccounted for. Nor would it pick up when you are doing any weight machines too. I was able to take my Charge back to Best Buy and got a full refund, and turned around and bought the one that I really wanted, the Charge HR. Hopefully this will be more accurate since it will pick up the heart rate.

I bought he fitbit charge and use it for about 10 days; however, I realized that i was not happy with the band or the app. I had Jawbone UP before, and switched because I thought this would be better. Unfortunatley, I felt that the information recorded via the app was very inaccurate, I had to charge the band every other day, and the app was not as great as the one from Jawbone. The only thing pros about this band was that if someone called my cell, I can see it, the time, and an alert of me meeting my steps goal.

Every time I tried to sync it took it as a flex instead of a charge. Sleep tracker never worked. Would have been great if it worked. Going to go with the charge hr instead.
