From tracking sleep quality to calories, I enjoy all the features this product has to offer. Not too heavy on my wrist.

I wanted to love this, I did. I pretended I loved it at first, but I can't any more. A product that is intended to be worn on your wrist and is listed as water resistant is apparently not allowed to come in to contact with water ever. I don't know about you, but I sweat when I run. My tracker now has condensation inside the screen. I have not ever submerged it in water nor have I even showered with it. Yet there it is...condensation. The part that is even more aggravating is that fitbit's support is telling us to put the tracker in rice and it shouldn't happen again...right. The product needs to be designed better to not allow sweat to cause condensation.

This is the best of its kind. Encourages you to walk more and to take the stairs! I like the look and feel and it is very comfortable.

I GOT THE SMALL, IT FITS SNUG, I WISH THERE WAS A MEDIUM SIZE SO I CAN HAVE LITTLE BIT MORE ROOM FOR MY WRIST....OTHER THAN THAT, ITS GOOD...TRACKS EVERYTHING

I "upgraded" my fitbit one to the charge for xmas 2014...I had to go back to my one 6 months later because the charge literally fell apart. The plastic came off and it cracked. I tried to contact fitbit and they NEVER responded back. I recommended this to my bosses wife and hers did the same exact thing. Need better quality on the outside. So disappointed!!!

The snap on design is poor. It fell off my wrist at the gym after two months and was then stolen. I emailed Fitbit and all they could offer me was 25% off my next Fitbit and then they stopped replying to my emails. I was very dissatisfied with their customer service and told them I would not be recommending their product anymore. Save your money and just use the step counter thats already programmed into your iPhone. On top of the poor design, the battery life is not that great. I would have to charge it at least every four hours.

Fitbit charges $50 per year for you to see YOUR data YOU keyed into the system. If this would have been clearly stated up front I would not have bought this and would not be returning it.

I mostly got this product just to see how much I walk in a day. Easy to use and easy to set up. The only thing I don't like is having to keep the Bluetooth on

Poor customer service from Fit Bit on-line services. Product only worked for one day then started vibrating and would not stiop. Fit Bit Customer service did not stand behind their product. They just said return the item to the retailer. I hope Best Buy does a better job. I was very disappointed. The watch appeared to be doing a great job tracking my activity for about 24 hours. At this point I'm not sure if I should get the same thing or replace it with a GPS version.

I bought this after it went on sale online. I love it. It's been months and it is very sturdy and has really helped me with my goal to lose weight.

Purchased a Charge from BestBuy in November, 2014. Button fell off after just a few weeks and I was able to exchange it for a new one. Now the button has fallen off again. Unfortunately I cannot find the receipt. So, after two DEFECTIVE units in a row means I will NOT be purchasing anything from fitbit again.

Great product,functions when you turn it on and wear it and does not need a companion phone.

Got this as a gift and I love it. It sends you messages when you are almost at your goal

I had great expectations from this one. Only after a couple of months of its use, its sleep tracking failed. It has a hard time syncing with the app. I shouldn't have bought it. It's just accumulating dust in some ignored corner right now.

Works just like I hoped. Comfortable and no problems sleeping in it.

I bought this item for my co-worker, and after a week she returned it. The step count was inaccurate and the time clock wouldn't display.

My fitbit was 50% charged today and it stopped recording steps on a ohe hour walk .... very disappointing.

This FitBit worked great and the App was awesome, but it stopped working after about 4 months.
