    I bouight a Fitbit for my wife. She had a problem with her Fitbit Charge - the small button she pushed to see her stats fell off. She could review her stats on her smartphone, but not on the Fitbit. When I called the company a real person answered the phone. She was very helpful, and I received a new Fitbit at no charge.

    I was very pleased with the service I received at Best Buy. I had two different sales associates that helped me decide on which activity tracker to buy. They were very knowledgeable about the trackers and understood what I was looking for. I will go back to Best Buy the next time I want to make an electronics purchase.

    I bought the fit bit before a two week trek in Peru in hopes of measuring each days activities. It was useful in comparing each days "workout". I at times question the accuracy and will do more to confirm this. For now I continue to wear and use it. If i'm satisfied i think i'll upgrade to the phone or the HR model.
