Not user friendly

Despite letting it charge overnight it would not hold the charge for more than a minute or two and, despite following the instructions carefully and working through suggested fixes on user groups, we could not get the device to sync. We returned the unit to the store and were Todd they had quite few returned for the same reason. We then tried to buy a jawbone but the store was sold out. We then went to competitor to buy the Jawbone where we were told that they had similar problems with Fitbit returns. There must be many happy users out there but my daughter was not one of them.

Keeps you motivated, better fit than large

I love it! Now, that I've lost weight, fits even better. And its a lil bit cheaper than the Large,...score!

Fun tracker for all ages

It's too hard for her to put on by herself. Not sure why the band is not like the charge HR which is the typical watch band.

Fitbit Charge

Although my first Fitbit gave me some trouble, I had it replaced and so far so good. No problem with returning it to Best Buy and getting a new one. I was within the year warranty. Plus I have an additional warranty on it.
