Purchased this as a gift for my mother. Chose this tracker over others mainly based on the fact it has a small screen for viewing info right on your wrist. The app it pairs to works great, and is very simple to set up and navigate. Mom loves it.

Gave this to my wife for Christmas and she loves it, except that it doesn't log anything when she's doing her yoga or pilates. Guessing the HR version would track these workouts as well?

Upgraded from the original Fitbit band and am enjoying this style and the addition of the button to cycle through the different tracking functions. I'll see if they come out with a replaceable band if this wears out based on wear and activity.

Love it!! First time the caller ID showed up on it, it freaked me out but is totally cool. Has a great battery life and I am enjoying it!!!

I'm so glad I purchased the Fitbit. It helps me stay on track with my diet and exercise regime. The ability to monitor my food intake and caloric output was eye-opening. Now I feel I have a handle on why I wasn't able to lose weight despite exercising. It has also helped me understand the factors responsible for a good nights sleep. Highly recommend this product.

The Fitbit charge is a great way to track your progress of staying fit. It notifies you when you have reached your goals and connects to your phone. Product is comfortable and has many different buckles to fit different sized wrists.

I am enjoying wearing and using the Fitbit with the exception of the clasp. It is difficult to secure and often comes loose allowing the Fitbit to fall from my arm without me realizing it. So far, someone standing close to me has noticed and mentioned it so I was able to retrieve it. Also, I do not wear it while sleeping and I appreciated the online explanation of the calories logged during sleep, but the number still seems too high.

I have had several of these(tried the clip ons but lost them), this one is the best !! It counts what I am interested in ...steps and miles...and it really keeps you motivated to keep moving... I would highly recommend this for anyone..

Was a great purchase to count daily steps and exercise. Barely notice it on my wrist as it is very comfortable fit. The app on phone is also helpful to log food intake, as well as it sends a weekly report to show your progress and goals.

This model of Fitbit does everything I expected. I didn't need the HR monitor so that saved me $30. Only downside is that the battery doesn't last very long. Otherwise it is a good tracker.

I bought this to upgrade my wife's fitbit, thinking it was a better product because it was a wrist model. My wife would misplace the clip on type and felt that it was not tracking all of her activities properly. Well the old one gave her inspiring words like great job, flowers or pics motivating her etc. Well this model which is more expensive doesn't provide that type of motivation or recognition of her progress. It is hard to understand why this would not be included in an upgraded and more expensive model. That's why I am giving a low rating.

At first, Fitbit purchased would not keep charge and required recharging twice daily. Returned to BestBuy who exchanged without a problem. New FitBit has worked well to this point.

As with any exercise related item --- you have to use it. This was a specifically requested gift, and the giftee isn't using it as much as expected. It appears to be everything advertised.

Returned it because I could not wear it on my wrist. It was hot and sweaty-strap bothered me. Love the sleep option. It did it automatically

My husband has this Fitbit and loves it. I, however, lost my Fitbit within a couple of weeks. I barely had a chance to use it. I know I put it on securely, but because it can't be buckled, the device fell off my wrist without my realizing it. That actually also happened to my husband, but he was fortunate enough to locate it in our car. I think they are a great idea and terrific motivators, but I wish they could be secured better.

I bought this as a gift for my wife. She was interested and started using it. However it doesn't consistently keep track of her steps. I personally witnessed her climb 13 steps and walk at least 300 feet/ 150 steps and it didn't register any of it. We actually exchanged it for another and it doesn't work any better. BB was good to work with. It seems to work ok sometimes but not overall. Hope it works better for others.

The one button on the unit was stuck in. Returned for an even exchange at Best Buy and was told by the customer service person that 'you know, I could just deny this whole transaction' when asked if we could just try the button in the new one before we left. Almost just returned and went to any of the other 1000 retailers to Buy elsewhere. NOT my first horrible experience returning or exchanging from Best Buy. Read the print. 15 day return policy??? May as well be byer beware all sales final going out of business sale policy.

This is a great item that really helps me track my exercise and steps. I also like the water tracking since I don't like water and it encourages me to drink more water to hit my goal.

This is not always 100% accurate but really does motivate you. One of the best parts is the social aspect and allowing you to join challenges with others which really gets you going.

I really enjoy the day to day tracking of the device and the ability to add friends. It has definitely improved my daily activity and I'm always encouraging others to get one too.
