It's the best Fitbit

The most notable feature is the ability to monitor heart rate and the ability to share with my doctor. I would buy it again.

Stopped working

Do not purchase without insurance/warrant coverage

I have contacted Fitbit 3 or 4 times throughout the first year of owning this product. After the first year, things were exponentially worse. At first, this product would be unresponsive, delayed, spontaneously shut down, and had severe connection issues. Then, in the second year, I had issues with constant delay. Now, the product does not even keep charge or hold a charge. Conveniently, this final issue happened the minute the year warranty was up. Fitbit has only offered a coupon towards another Fitbit product as a solution to this issue.

Dont waste money

Also, don't like having to push a button for assistant, rather than just having it listen all of the time for "hey Google."
