Better than I expected!!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I have had the Fitbit sense for a little over a week now. I switched to Fitbit from an Apple Watch due to my Apple Watch dying on me and not wanting to spend a boatload of money on another watch. I love it!! I love being able to see all the different stats, track my sleep easier see my activity level, and being in a masters program….. track my stress level!! This really in itself sold me. I used to have Fitbit’s before and comparing the stats from then and now they have improved tremendously!! Also being able to personalize your screen more is a huge plus. The battery life lasts very long (I charge maybe every 3-4 days) compared to my Apple Watch which I charged every night due to the battery. Like every smart device I have, I wanted a screen protector because I did see that the screen is “fragile”. I contemplated getting the plastic screen protector the the store offered and the liquid screen protector but didn’t feel that either would protect my screen well enough. I did some research and found some tempered glass screen protectors that include a bumper for the outside of the watch on Amazon!! A pack of 2 for 9.51 after taxes!! 10/10 recommend those because I did drop my watch on hard tile and neither the screen protector or screen broke! The only downside (which isn’t a downside really) is if you want to use the EDA function you have to remove the protector which is super easy to take off and put back on. All in all I would rate this produce a 10/10. I was hesitant to buy this due to some of the reviews and seeing that the screen was very fragile. Buy a good screen protector (recommendation below on amazon) and it should be just fine. Name of screen protector: KIMILAR 2-Pack Hard Case with Built in 9H Tempered Glass Screen Protector

Fitness Watch I’m Using
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had a Fitbit since the very first one. The Fitbit Sense has quite a few notable fitness trackers built-in. I find I’m using it more than any other I’ve owned. The display is clear, fairly easy to navigate, and with the Fitbit app I’m able to track my progress fairly easily. I have yet to use the built-in coach feature on the Fitbit Sense, but will be doing that soon. I tested the GPS against a friends Garman and they only differed by a couple 100th of a mile. Where I live, the GPS connects quickly and I haven’t had a drop when I am outside. The biggest area for improvement that I see, is an effective API with Apple. The Fitbit Sense well apparently allow you some smart watch features with an android device, but Fitbit and Apple’s long-term lack of communication causes problems for those of us with iPhones. I’m not fond of large watches on my wrist, and was apprehensive about this one. However, even though it is larger than I would like, it’s light and comfortable. It doesn’t bother me when I sleep, which the Apple Watch used to. The battery life lasts about two days when I use the GPS for my 5 mile walks. I might be able to get about three out of it, but I charge it while I’m sitting down and working. Overall, I’m happy with the features and will continue to use this watch.

Disappointing experience.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It does have some nice bells and whistles ... and if you keep it on blue tooth AND have a premium membership, it is pretty slick. But when I have blue tooth on, my skin turns very red under the watch. Also, the charging ports (the magnetic connection is awesome!) but they fill up with sweat, dirt, and skin and are difficult to keep clean. I find myself charging it every 3 days, and I'm barely running the blue tooth I didn't like the watch band, so I got a stretchy cloth one that breathes. But if I accidently hit the lever when I put it on or off - the watchband pops loose. I've dropped it so many times. I wanted this one to help monitor my heart, breathing, oxygen, and sleep .... but it isn't any more impressive than my Versa 2 was. It is also difficult to push the side button. It does have a cool down / settle down feature. It's an interesting feature, because you have to set your whole palm over the face of the watch. Be sure to touch all 4 sides and wait the required amount of time.

Fitbit sense review
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the Fitbit Sense is a solid choice for individuals who prioritize health and wellness tracking. Its comprehensive sensor suite, ECG capability, and sleep tracking features set it apart in the fitness tracking market. Price is affordable and However, its less extensive app ecosystem may be drawbacks for those looking for a more versatile smartwatch experience.

Not going to purchase another Fitbit product
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I originally received a Fitbit Versa for Christmas 2019 and was quite satisfied with it until the screen died summer 2021. After that I purchased this Fitbit Sense since it had more features. I was initially satisfied until I noticed the user interface was laggy and prone to freezing, an issue I didn't have previously with the Versa. Often it would have sync issues with my phone as well. Also unlike the Versa, the battery life was significantly less. I go on long hikes, and anytime I used the activity tracking with the Sense the battery would be nearly dead after 10-12 hours, even when starting from a full charge. Fast forward to May 2022 and the glue holding the face of the Sense failed, causing the face to fall off and expose the internals. Luckily Fitbit processed a replacement at no cost to me, but 6 months later the strap broke where it meets with the watch itself. Even though it was outside warranty Fitbit processed a replacement strap at no cost to me. But now it’s June 2023 and the replacement watch they sent me last summer has had the glue holding the face fail, just like the first one I purchased. I’ll give Fitbit kudos for their customer service but I no longer want to deal with any of their products because they’ve failed in 4 times in the last 4 years, and all failures that rendered the product unusable. The products just aren’t reliable enough to be worth the hassle of dealing with customer service, no matter how accommodating that customer service might be.

Love this watch! A real game changer.
|Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Fitbit Sense is not only cute, but functional. It has great battery life, lasting up to a week with just one charge. I wear it everyday and it tracks not only my steps and workouts, but my sleep as well. Love seeing all the insights of my health through the Fitbit app. Best Buy College Crew members receive products to write honest, unbiased reviews. The best fitness watch
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I only have to charge it every five days and it recharges really fast. The app is very easy to use and helps you watch your health. The watch glass face doesn’t scratch up like other watches. I swim a lot and do other activities and it keep track of how much you do. I had two other fit bits prior to this and they were all great too. I love this watch and highly recommend it.

Back to Fitbit
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been with Fitbit since day one because of their heart rate and steps accuracy and their app interface. And because I’m also an IPhone user I have had an Apple Watch for my texts and calls notifications while at work. Months ago I got the iwatch and got a older model Flex 2 so that I can wear both. You can’t compare Iwatches to Fitbit devices. You just can’t. Iwatch steps aren’t the same or accurate and their heart rates are off...sometimes way off. If you are really into reaching goals, needing the help of motivation (with their app interface) where you can add friends, make challenges, earn badges and be in groups according to activities and post the answer is get a Fitbit. If what’s important to You is making calls and receiving texts get an iwatch (only if u have an android) and you want minimal tracking get an Apple Watch. Apple still doesn’t allow to text back after receiving texts and that’s how it will always be. Don’t wait around for that because it just isn’t happening. Your just going to have to choose what’s more important and with Fitbit it’s all targeted on health rather an all around Smartwatch. I love the Fitbit Sense!! It’s what I need for what I’m looking for in a Smartwatch. Im getting rid of my Apple Watch and sticking to Fitbit! The clock faces through Fitbit should look a lot better but You can buy some for less than $2 on the app. Pros: o2 readings heart rate readings Fitbit’s app interface EDA technology Accuracy on steps Ability to buy clock faces from users Ability to change bands Battery life Cons: Whack clock faces that Fitbit provides for free If your an Apple user you can’t text back I am content with this Watch. Will come back to update.

Q: QuestionCan you answer your phone on the Versa 3 and sense?
Asked by toni.
- A:Answer no. I bought this watch because the feature was offered but does not work. I understand it will be rolled out with an update during the winter of 2020 or 2021. You answer with the watch app but you still need to talk on your phone.
Answered by Ronald
Q: QuestionWhere are the ECG results recorded from touching the corners of the FitBit Sense model displayed back to the wearer? I didn't see anything that would show in Premium other than the advertising that it has a heart pulse definition track on the watch face.
Asked by ICONIC.
- A:Answer Your ECG results are recorded to the Fitbit mobile app. You can find them by opening up the application on your phone, navigating to the discover tab at the bottom of the app, and then scrolling through the section that says Assessment and Reports. Click on the Heart Rhythm Assessment tab and it will allow you to view your results and export a PDF for your own records.
