Battery life not as described but not Best Buy fault

The first one stopped working after 5 months. Fitbit replaced without a hassle, but the second one is having issues after 2 months. My last Fitbit lasted 4yrs so I don’t know what happened to the quality, but it’s not the same.

Love the features on this watch! Keeps it's charge for a good amount of time and charges fast. My issue with is it the band. It's magnetic and comes off way to often causing the watch to fall. Not a fan of the new style.

The Fitbit sense is exactly what I was looking for. It has all the heart tracking apps to help me keep my heart healthy.

This is by far the best purchase I have made. It does so much more than expected. I learn something new about it everyday!

Once again Fitbit, face fell off watch (third watch), except this time it was record time -- three months!! Horrible!!!

Broke after one year. Software glitch makes it mostly useless now.

Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my Mother. It was easy to setup and has a lot of health feature that I think will benefit Mom now that she is getting older.

Purchased this smart watch for my wife based on the features and flexibility for changing bands. However she felt there were too many features she would not use and found it difficult to access basic exercise information . Returned the watch.

I was very excited to get this for my wife for Christmas, sadly we had to return it just after 3 days, the red light kept blinking, the screen constantly rolled and the plastic band made her wrist sweat. Expected a lot better product for the price of over $300.00

This was purchased for my wife. She is very pleased with the line of Fitbit products. This is the latest purchase and she is very happy so far with its performance.

I like Fitbit watch but I like Fitbit App the best.

It’s not worth the money. The heart rate doesn’t work right, also the ecg app isn’t working either. The heart rate shows a very high rate while just sitting and then when you get up to walk around the heart rate goes down.

There is potential to make this a great product. The real time HBR tends to be off, especially during exercising. The watch reads 90bpm, instead of the ~140 bpm mine is actually running. When I look at historical stats for the day, the HBR is much closer.

Its great, i need to get a new band because my wrist blisters. But that just me i believe not the watch.

Helps me maintain my habits and love the sleep quality tracker. It continues to motivate me to stay active. Charge time is also great.

Nice to see text and receive call but can’t not make call from fibit sense. Also the WiFi distance is not very far. I would net be able to get the signals when my phone is down stairs and I am up stairs
