Not an Apple Watch, but an excellent alternative

This watch is a great addition to the fit-oriented (or interested). The heart rate monitor is very accurate, better than the Samsung Galaxy series watches, and the various stats it records - including sleep tracking, seem accurate as well. I love the Fitbit application, it's quite easy to use, the API integrations with other apps is excellent as well. If you are doing any kind of exercising this watch will surely log it accurately, even without you specifically starting a "workout" on the device. Last but not least, the battery is outstanding. I often go 2-4 days without a charge and I fiddle with it fairly frequently. Highly recommended!

Could not get the sense to connect and when I did get it connected it wouldn’t stay connected. The Bluetooth capabilities also wouldn’t consistently work. Tried contacting Fitbit customer service for hours and no one knew how to fix the problem and kept telling me “everyone is having this problem”. Best Buy geek squad couldn’t help. I don’t understand how a product like this passed during production. Returned product and went with the iWatch. Very disappointing. I hope Fitbit fixes the bugs.

I love this watch almost. I had a fitbit Versa before and loved the watch. Decided to upgrade and found that the watch is great but the battery life is worse that its predecessor. I would imagine this has to do with the active heart monitor that was added to this watch. I hope they do not get worse in the future. It was the one saving grace over the iWatch.

Bought for my better half as an early birthday present. Not only is it just a FitBit fitness tracker it's a fully loaded smart watch. She keeps track of her steps and idle time while at work, as she's using to listen to music with her Airpods. She absolutely loves it

Love tracking my fitness but Fitbit doesn’t seem to like staying connected with text messaging. My last charge only connected sporadically with iPhone and the sense has yet to receive a text for more than one day with my Samsung phone. Thought it was an iPhone problem trying to get you to buy Apple Watch but I guess not.

Not sure if this is an honest review since it never really sync to my android note 20 quite well but besides that it was great. I downloaded an app and after that it did not sync well. I bought this so I can use it for my sleep analysis but I found the watch too big to wear and too bright in the night. I never could answer the watch when my watch rang because the watch and my note 20 never synced really well, but then again that could be me and my technology skills.

Do wish this had an actual button, or what iwatch call the crown. That would be much easier to have then 2 options with the side "non-buttons" you need to press and hope it registers. An actual button you can feel when it is being pressed and also then would be able to scroll with the button. Sense is not at all easy to figure out how to use and if you don't have a Versa already, you will need to go search for videos and articles. It is a very nice smart watch though when you have figured out much of the to-dos
