    I bought an Fitbit many years ago(2014). It was a great tracker however, if you moved your hands or arms while sitting still, it would count steps thus causing a huge discrepancy. I finally just attached it to my ankle when I would walk to get a more accurate amount of steps. Fast forward to 2021. I bought my mom the Fitbit Sense because she walks a lot. She’s always wanted one but just never bought it. I know it can take a couple days for the Sense to get your stride figured out and to get everything calibrated. However, after 2 weeks of trying every tip, trick, etc., we returned it. Still counts every single hand movement as a step! You would think after all these years, the developers would have it figured out by now. The Fitbit Sense had my mom logging in 10,000+ steps before 10:00AM! The discrepancies were still too huge to justify keeping a $250+Tracker that doesn’t accurately track

    The worst item I have ever bought and to go along with it the 14 day return policy is a joke will shop anywhere but bestbuy
