Don’t buy unless you’re really careful

The charger doesn’t always work and the band that is provided burns your skin if you’re not careful. Keeps tracks of steps okay. Screen is very easy to crack and honestly should have been built better to resist the occasional bump.

Disappointing with next to no battery life

Battery lasts 2-3 days tops - less if you use the features or keep the movement wake screen recognition on. I had fairly low expectations for this thing and I'm baffled that it's never met any expectation right out of the box. Wish id gone with something else

Stopped working in 3 months

I primarily used it to check my calorie burn for the day. Unfortunately in a matter of 3 months time, my fit bit stopped working entirely. I used it every day with care, but the screen is frozen on the fit bit logo and keeps restarting. Can't use it anymore and I spent almost 400 on it. Contacted support team for fit bit and I'm waiting to hear back from them.

Battery life is advertised to last 5 days, but the truth is less than 3 days. Very limited watch faces and navigation is not intuitive. Watch band options are limited and the base bands are very uncomfortable and difficult to use. Initial setup took approximately 2 hours to complete.
